Delivery driver forgot my daughter's birthday pizza, and never came back with it, either. Had a birthday party of little kids waiting. My husband called multiple times, and an hour later I figured I would just drive over there, it's just down the road, maybe that would be faster.
When I got there the first person I spoke with was a "manager in training", and he was very nice. I told him about the birthday party situation and he apologized and said he would get the manager and get it handled, and I thanked him. He was so nice about it. There were no raised voices, I figured they were just busy, mistakes happen, he was going to get the manager, I had high hopes of getting this sorted out quickly.
But then the "manager" came out with his hat on backwards, all gauged ears and tattoos, talking over me and not letting me explain the situation, and raising his hands in the air at me (a girl with glasses) like he was trying to start a fight or something. It's like he was trying to escalate the situation, which is the opposite of what a manager should be doing. So when he wouldn't let me talk, and kept talking over me, I had no choice but to raise my voice back at him, at which point he said "Now now, we're not doing this here." Like... what?!
While I was waiting for the pizza, the manager in training kept apologizing for the wait, saying it was their busiest night of the year (the Sunday after Thanksgiving must be some major pizza holiday?). Finally the manager comes out with my kid's pizza, and he had dropped his attitude, and then he needed to go get his manager to process the refund. How many managers do they have up in there?! Why does this manager not know how to process a refund? And how is it that the "manager in training" had the best customer service skills out of all of them?!?!?
This was by far the most absurd pizza order I've ever experienced. We will not be returning to this location ever again, even though it is less than a mile...
Read moreRED FLAG CONSUMER ALERT A 2.0 rating out of 30 reviews? This place needs new management or SHUT DOWN! Please avoid this location. About a year ago I went to this location and sat down at a table, every single one was dirty with no customers but me there and it took far too long of a wait just to receive a cold pizza. The usual obvious stoner employees.
I have recently moved to this area about a year later and ordered a pizza for delivery. This is the closest Pizza Hut and only one that will deliver to me, but I thought I would give them another try. Driver was about 25 minutes late and you could tell he was high and just got done smoking weed in his car. He had no idea what he was doing. My pizza had sat a long time. It was cold and hardened just like my last experience. From all the other negative reviews on this location giving cold pizzas, I can guarantee you they are not fresh out of the oven pizzas.
An entire year since my last terrible experience here and I basically get the same terrible treatment? It is obvious management does not care one bit about customer satisfaction.
They are giving you old food that should be in the garbage and basically robbing you. They will NOT refund your money and instead give you store credit and basically give you more old food that by all restaurant standards, should not be sold for consumption! This is the filthiest most scandalous service I have ever seen.
I never would have imagined myself having to write a negative review but people must be...
Read moreLiterally one of the worst pizza huts I've ever ordered from. I used to order from the one on Fort and 90th. They were rough to start but seem to have turned it around. Then I moved... This one is horrible. Ordered Pizza (ya know... what they should be able to do correctly) and wings (also should be able to do this). For delivery (huge mistake). Wait about an hour for them to deliver me the wrong wings, no sauce (even though I ordered extra), and the wrong pizza. I ordered a supreme with no mushrooms. I swear they put MORE mushrooms on it than they normally do. Called them. Told them they sent the wrong stuff. "Oh. So sorry. We'll send out the right stuff and you can keep the initial delivery". Okay. Fair. Mistakes happen. So I'm waiting, an hour goes by. Annoyed, I go outside and watch as I see the car drive past... Okay... Just missed us. Fair. NOPE. Doesn't come back for another 15 minutes. Awesome. Seems legit right. At least I got my food. Nope. No sauce. Again. The strange thing is why I wasn't smart enough to know that it was going to be another horrible experience since I've seen them be slow and forget stuff before this. Never again. Not going to do it. Either the fort st one or dominos.
I"M TELL YOU ALL!!! Don't expect a good experience. If you have one, be happy you're in the minority that didn't want the location closed and replaced with a barber shop run by...
