Romeo's Mexican Food & Pizza — Restaurant in Omaha

This is a review on service not there food. Went to have dinner tonight and waited to be seated which took some time due to a misunderstanding with the gentleman seating people. That was ok... things happen. We finally got our table and they seat another couple across from us but maybe about 2 or 3 tables away. They assit them first. I found it kind of odd since we were sat first but okay... we let it go. The lady brings there drinks and gets there dinner put in. She walks away and starts to fold silverware in to napkins. She has made eye contact several times and there's only one other lady who also saw us sitting down who we only saw once helping a table far from us. Unfortunately 15 min. pass by and no one has asked us about drinks or anything. A different couple walks in at this time and the waitress comes back and helps them as well. We still wait another 5 min. and still nothing. Clearly we are not going to get help as no one cares that were just sitting there waiting to get service. So we decide to leave and I tell the lady that it was rude to help a table who just got here and we haven't even been asked about drinks. She says "It's not my section" Well that's great! I think the least that could have been done would be to alert the person who is supposed to help us! Instead I got attitude and not even an apology. Not ever returning...

so I absolutely LOVE romeo's but i will NEVER come back to this LOCATION! I was sat immodestly and we got our drinks and food fast but once we got our food we never seen our server again.. we ate our food and half way through my meal my soda was gone and at the end of the table. our server went to EVERY TABLE AROUND US BUT US!!!!! finally after waiting about 10 minutes after our meal was done and all of our plates and both of our cups we sitting at the end of the table me and my fiance go up to the cash register and request our ticket from who I believe was the bus boy. he immediately asked where we were sitting and apologized. our server then decided she wanted to be of help. although, instead of taking responsibility for completely ignoring us she blamed it on another server. I didnt not catch the names of these employees but I was here at 8pm Wednesday 9/18. my server was a blonde with a red shirt. the young man who actually helped us and actually took responsibility for an act that wasnt his has brown hair, he looks you and was wearing a black shirt. he was...

Our experience here was pretty bad. We came in around 7 pm on a Sunday (the store opened at 4) there was trash ALL over the floor. None of which did our waiter even bother to glance at. But we continued to stay anyway. We ordered our food and my dads fries weren't even cooked all the way and they poured some sort of chili on my burrito that was very salty and not very good at all. We brought the issue up to my waiter when my dad told him he wasn't enjoying the food (he did eat his sandwich but none of the fires) the waiter told him "well can't be that bad you already ate half of it" while easing his voice at us and causing a scene. Without even asking what the issue was or how he could help. After the waiter left we felt it was time to leave so we paid the full bill (without a tip which is because of the bad service we had received and the waiters attitude) and will never be returning this restaurant is filthy, has bad customer service, and the food there is mediocre wether you want Mexican food or pizza there are WAY better places to find...
