Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Omaha

I used to come here all the time and loved the coffee/atmosphere. The baristas were so friendly and the coffee always tasted great. Starting about a year ago, this place has gone bad. The baristas rush me and haggle me, like it’s 7:30 in the morning and I woke up 5 min ago sis give me a second. Asking me 3 times if I want to add a muffin 😭 And they don’t know how to make a good coffee. It tastes different and off every time I order something from this location. I had to change my order entirely because they’re so bad at making the caramelicious blender that it started tasting good about every 4th time I ordered it. Be aware that a bunch of racist little white girls work here. My friend (white) had her drink messed up at another location and this location was kind to her and remade her drink no issues. A couple weeks later a location on center messed up my blended caramelicous, they forgot the flavoring and it was straight ice. they must’ve had a new barista and I came to this location because of the great service I heard from my friend and how they make drinks correctly. I was kind and explained what happened at the drive thru, I was even willing to tip for a remake. Unfortunately the employees of the Scooters on 60th and F aren't following the mask mandate. I don't like wearing masks, either, but if it it helps to keep the healthcare system from breaking, and also keeping MY drink uncontaminated, I expect it be a priority. When I asked the young lady why all four employees were not wearing masks, she rudely replied that it was optional.... THEN, told me that I wasn't wearing a mask either, (in my car.) Sad excuse for customer service.... I'll pay someone else bills. Bottom line, do what it takes to one day get back to normal. And... value...
