If I could give zero stars for this evening shift I would. We come everyday to get the usual drink. Today the girl not only purposefully got the order wrong,(we corrected her at the window and she got annoyed) but she also made sure she didnt add the caramel flavor or double shot espresso to my mother's blended caramalicous (how ever its spelled idc). Simply because she got corrected. We overpaid and did the math afterwards of how much the total should have been since the only thing that changed our order this time was an extra shot to my Blended Mocha. I texted a friend who works at Scooters and she told me the prices immediately of how much the total should have been before taxes for our drinks. The girl is a genius so she saved us! Anyways. A lovely girl came us to us and handled the problem perfectly. The other girls just kept cackling and saying hi knowing my mom has sun glasses on. Anyways it was "remade" same product. All milk and whip with caramel drizzle ontop. Who ever the manager is. Look at the cameras and see for yourself. I hope to come back and not see any of their faces when we get our drinks again tomorrow.... very disappointed and a waste of money for milk..... ladies if you are seeing this. You know who you are. You should not work there ruining Scooters...
Read moreI went to grab a medium drink for myself and my friend and an order of cake pops (2x) and it came to $20! I asked the person who took my order to repeat it and clarify how it came to that much and they just said because of the alternative milks I put in the drinks. Then when I gave them my card to pay for the order they were inspecting my card and took it out of sight, clearly not near the registers. When I asked about it, they were all whispering to each other and not answering my question. It felt like they were trying to stealing my card information. When I finally got my card back I asked for the receipt and my order since I was there on my work break, and I got the rudest attitude in return. When I got back to work and was able to look at the receipt (I didn’t want to be late or else I would have looked at the receipt sooner) I saw they double charged me for the cake pops. Read moreI’m a former Scooters barista, and the consistent rudeness from the team at this location is wild. My partner and I come through this location every weekend, and without fail someone on this team is rude or condescending, and our orders are wrong. My partner especially, when he orders does not know the menu like the back of his hand and will ask a question - and every time without fail they take a tone and approach that leads to the customer feeling stupid. I get you have a target time to hit, but if someone is asking clarifying questions perhaps kindness can go farther than being quick or snappy in the name...
