I went to grab a medium drink for myself and my friend and an order of cake pops (2x) and it came to $20! I asked the person who took my order to repeat it and clarify how it came to that much and they just said because of the alternative milks I put in the drinks. Then when I gave them my card to pay for the order they were inspecting my card and took it out of sight, clearly not near the registers. When I asked about it, they were all whispering to each other and not answering my question. It felt like they were trying to stealing my card information. When I finally got my card back I asked for the receipt and my order since I was there on my work break, and I got the rudest attitude in return. When I got back to work and was able to look at the receipt (I didn’t want to be late or else I would have looked at the receipt sooner) I saw they double charged me for the cake pops. If you’re able to, pay in cash and double check your receipt before leaving the drive thru. 1/21/24
