Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Omaha

My experiences here have been terrible. Just today I was in the line for 45 mins and didn't even end up purchasing coffee because the line was just too long. There was still a person in front of me and 2 people on the other sides, and only one person was there working! Not to mention, all of the coffee here is mediocre at best. It is not worth your money or time! This is the second time in a couple of weeks that the line has been 4+ cars long. Go somewhere else! I am frankly very angry with my experiences here and Scooters owes me! Another bad experience that happened with Scooters Coffee was at a location nearby, not this one. We ordered our coffee and it tasted like it had been mixed with dirty water. It was not just me that thought this, there was another person in the car who thought this too. We then later asked the nice woman to remake it, and she did, but it still tasted gross! I have never had a great cup of coffee here and I do not ever intend to go back. My son always stops at this location on his way over to visit and brings me a Scooters drink. The drinks are always tasty and service is fast and good. The only complaint is I like the seasonal drinks and they don't put the toppings on. the caramel apple smoothie didn't have any caramel on the top or in the drink, the trick or treat beverage didn't have the candy pieces, the mr merry mint didn't have candy cane pieces and just yesterday I got the Jolly Gumdrop Smoothie and no gumdrops. I love scooters coffee. This location is the closest to my place, so I stop by a few times. The first time was not the best I pulled up early in the morning before 7am and was ignored at the window. I made contact with the batista but was not greeted I waited 3 minutes before driving away and going to another scooters. Yesterday I ordered a large and got a medium didn't notice until I was already halfway to work. I still got charged for the large because that's what I order. Not very good experiences with...
