Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Omaha

So scooters claimed to provide a free drink to all veterans w proper I'd. There was nothing mentioned about 1 drink per car. Both of us are veterans and the girls were told that they could only provide 1 drink per car even if the veterans had their id's. This is wrong and discriminatory. And shame on the manager, not thegirls, they were following orders. Well up until today I frequented this scooters.no more I am done with giving them my business. They are so Chingy they want to tell a veteran couple thst they can only get one drink. So hope the other drink went to waste and the manager lost money. Furthermore it's a shame because I really like this scooters and the staff, but the manager is obviously Chingy and doesn't believe that a husband and wife can both be veterans. I will take my business to Starbucks. Hope u enjoyed...

This location has really gone down hill with service. I live in the neighborhood and come here probably 3-4 times a week. For the past 4 months my drinks are constantly messed up. I will get asked my drink 3-4 times and confirm it and it’s still wrong. I get americanos with cream... it’s not complicated. They will forget the cream or give me coffee, or not know how to run the register. Before Christmas I wanted a gift card and I was online 15 minutes because the girl broke the register and had to tell them to forget it. There were 6 cars behind me. There appears to be a lot of new employees here that need more training before they take/make orders. I am usually very understanding but it’s getting old. If there were another scooters on my route I wouldn’t come to this one, that’s how bad it’s gotten....

I order the same thing every time I come to scooters. Which is a large strawberry acai with lemonade, light ice, and desert pear cold foam. I usually end up getting a medium size or heavy ice anyways, they never apply my military discount or the employee doesn’t know how to. Today I ordered 3 kid cups and my açaí and I was drinking my drink and noticed a piece of blue hair in my drink. Ugh that’s the worse. I had to have called them at least 10 times and it just kept ringing to the point where the line would go busy. Ima stick to Bellevue and papillons location. They are just a tad bit more...
