Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Omaha

So I've been to this location three times as I now have a couple more clients in the Elkhorn area I will definitely not be going back I will wait to pass by and go to Starbucks. I get the same order at every scooter's around Omaha a large carmalious blended with whip I used to get the same muffin but they no longer carry it so now I get the blueberry muffin and I always ask for it in one of the cinnamon roll tins. I asked for it in the cinnamon roll tin because I have a drive to work and it's easier to eat it out of that with a fork then try to peel it out of a paper bag once it is stuck to the bag because the muffin is put in their hot. I've been told now twice that I will no longer be serviced if I ask for that when I questioned why and no other location does that they said well they're a big location they have to go back to the back and get a cinnamon roll tin which is absolutely ridiculous there are other locations I go to that are just as big and they have never been rude to me like this store two women I do not remember their names the first one was an older lady with black hair the second one was older with I think blonde hair. I think it's disgraceful that when you pay this kind of money( I spend 10-15 a day) for a coffee and a muffin that you can't get it in a container. I don't have the luxury of taking a 30-minute or our lunch break I have to eat when I drive from one client to the next. So I definitely will not be going back to this location and I have also expressed my displeasure with this location with a couple of my clients they have also assured me that if this continues they will not go back to that location they can go to the...

Great coffee. THE. WORST. WIFI. Started going here when it opened...love the coffee, staff, etc. But my visits have been trailing off because the wifi at this location is so bad. Constantly cuts in and out or gets absurdly slow every 20 or 30 minutes. Not unique to me or my computer, as I have heard the audible frustration of those sitting near me experiencing the same issue. Also, the overhead music will sometimes cut out with the internet going out. I think each Scooters is responsible for setting up their own wifi/internet and it shows...Always a crap shoot when I go to a Scooters if the wifi will be usable.

For this reason I find myself going to Starbucks more often. Scooters, I want to give you my money (along with the money of the people I meet with), but please get wifi figured out! It's 2017! I am a network engineer, so I would even consider helping you for free! I just want to drink some coffee and get some...

My friend and I thought it would be a good idea to grab some brew on our way to a business meeting. Boy were we WRONG! We waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes after ordering (there were only 2 cars). I ordered an iced tea and my friend ordered a simple iced coffee.

Once we finally got our coffee, the barista told us that we ordered a cold brew. We politely told her that we ordered an iced coffee and she said it was the "same thing..." Cold brew and iced coffee are totally separate things. I told her that I thought they were different and she tried to an argument. At this point we were running late for our meeting, so I just took the cold brew ("iced coffee") and left. I noticed that she charged us for the price of a cold brew... To top it off she gave us aggressively large straws that were nearly impossible to drink out of.
