Smoothie King — Restaurant in Omaha

I think after my visit today. I will stick to going to the West Omaha location off of Pacific ONLY from now on. As mentioned in other reviews. The girls at this location today just were not friendly, inviting and sorta came off rude. Not a single one had a smile on their face. I used the app to "Scan To Pay" and normally someone sticks out the Barcode Scanner out the window and scans my phone while its in my hand... Today, I tried the same thing... I had no intentions of handing my phone over to the girl and without saying anything she literally just SNATCHES it out of my hand while I had a pretty firm grip on it... Im not exaggerating... My fiancé was in the car with me and she saw it as well... Then once my phone was returned to me I think she got offended when I said "Hey, just to let you know I think your scanning gun is long enough for you to stick out the window". Finally, another girl comes to the window hands us our smoothies and she looked pretty...

I arrived at 8:15 pm and was the only customer. I ordered two coco colada bowls, and was informed that bowls were no longer served after 8 pm, which I wasn't aware of. Interestingly, I had visited the 132nd Street location just last week at 8:30 pm and was able to get the same bowls without any issue. I left to my car and while I was writing this review, another employee approached my car, asked me about my order, and offered to prepare the bowls. She didn't mention the 8 pm cutoff at all and even stated they could accommodate my request since they did not have any customers and they were open for another 40 minutes. This is literally the worst smoothie king location. They never have any mobile orders done on time. The last two times I've been there, I've waited 20-30 minutes either in the lobby or in the drive thru for my order ahead mobile order that is supposed to be done.

One time, I ordered the chocolate gladiator smoothie and I drove away, took a drink, and took off the lid to see that there was no protein, and no chocolate powder in it at all. It tasted like ice with a watered down scoop of peanut butter. See attached picture.

Tonight, I ordered smoothie bowls, and neither one of them are as full as they normally are. I don't get it. See attached picture.

PLEASE GET BETTER PART TIME PEOPLE TO WORK HERE. YOU GET A TON OF MY MONEY.
