The service was ok, they weren't rude, but they didn't necessarily seem happy to help either. The dining room was clean and nice but freezing. The problem that I really have is the bathrooms. I understand the whole gender neutrality thing, but if I am going to be forced to use a restroom where people stand up to pee, I shouldn't be forced to stand in that pee to sit on the toilet. Unfortunately when I sit down to pee, my pants touch the floor. It is very difficult to hold up my pant legs while trying to sit down and avoid brushing the edge of the toilet because of the pee that dripped there while making its way to the floor. There isn't much more of a disgusting thought to me, than having to walk around the rest of my day with a strangers urine on my pants, which brush my feet while I walk, and consequently wipe pee on my legs and feet. Ugh. Really gross. I can't pee on the floor while I pee and I can't pee standing up because I don't have a penis. Why do I have to deal with a situation I am incapable of creating or fixing. Not to mention I know most of the men that go in there don't wash their hands because they are only in there for about 30 seconds. So now, I'm touching fresh penis hands after I wash mine, in order to exit the restroom. Cool. Stranger genitals and urine are the highlight of my day. My...
Read moreWe came to Starbucks and ordered two drinks. When the employee Aubrey handed the first drink to my mom from the window I leaned over to let her know I didn’t ask for anything with Carmel or foam that I think that was somebody else’s order. I thought I would save her from giving us the next persons order, however she rolled her eyes and said, “well this is what I thought you said so this is what you got.” She snatched the drink out of my mom’s hand and shoved the other drink into my mom’s hand jamming my mom’s finger. She said “that’s what happens if I can’t hear you when you order,” and then slammed the window. We called the Starbucks while Aubrey was making the drink over. The manager came to the window as we asked when we called. (The manager is whom gave me the employee’s name) Having an employee working there that does not like her job nor know how to treat elderly human beings is an absolute disgrace to Starbucks! I’ve never had issues with this Starbucks and visit nearly every week. Human beings such as Aubrey herself do not belong working at a Starbucks environment if having to re make a drink you misheard is something that causes you to physically cause bodily harm on an elderly person! The manager gave me the corporate office number to reach out to and apologized for the chaos Aubrey caused all...
Read moreI called into this location to ask a question about a drink and the store manager was extremely rude! I have NEVER been talked to like that by someone in the hospitality industry! He yelled at me, argued with me, cut me off to continue to attack me. He even knew what I ordered for myself-well at least he insisted I didn't order it and would not even let me speak. When I finally was able to stop his constant attacks I asked for his managers name and number. He hung up on me and when I called back the shift manager tried giving him the phone and he refused to take it! How old is this guy and what managerial experience does he have to act so unprofessional! She then also refused to put me in contact with the regional manager! If this is the way Starbucks does business now I think I may take my $100/month coffee obsession to Scooters or another coffee shop! I most definitely will not EVER return to...
