Subway — Restaurant in Omaha

Only gave 1 star because I had to. Just did an online order for 2 footling and 2 six inch sandwiches. 3 out of the 4 sandwiches were made wrong but we only returned one because of how badly it was made. It was suppose to be a steak & cheese add bacon with double meat extra cheese. Well they made it without bacon because they supposedly ran out of bacon but didnt call to see if we still wanted the sandwich and it had half steak and half chicken and when I took it back they tried arguing with me even with me having my receipt. The lady tried telling me that their copy said add chicken well then why doesn't my receipt say that? She was just trying to cover her ass!!; The other 2 sandwiches that were made wrong were both the sweet onion chicken Teriyaki 6 inches. Mine was was suppose to be toasted and it wasn't, mine was suppose to have onions and black olives but didn't and they added hot honey to mine which I didn't ask for. The other six inch sweet onion chicken Teriyaki was suppose to have honey mustard on it but they put regular yellow mustard on it. I have had too many issues with this place and I will not be...

We ordered our food so we wouldn't have to wait. They day was already a long one. When we got there they didn't have boxes for the pizza so my son had to choose something else and we still had to wait. During that time an employee dropped a sandwich so we had to wait longer for that. A good 30 min of waiting. My 2 kids witnessed a man peeing on the side of the building after being denied bathroom access, so.ething no mom wants their daughter to see. Once we returned home I realized they made 2 of the same sandwich instead of what was ordered. So we have to drive back to the store and waste more time and gas adding to an already long day. A simple and fast food pick up turned into an hr long ordeal. PS. Husband came home with my sanwhich. It was a chicken bacon ranch. There was no bacon on it, maybe 5 peices of chicken and only on one side of the sandwich, and parts of the bread was burned. I basically ate a veggie sandwich but wasn't about to waste...

I dont know what kind of idiots they have working in the Carter Lake Ia store, but on 8-8-19 I asked a friend to pick me up a salad for dinner while she was getting sandwhiches. Last time I checked a salad has lettuce as its main part. She came back with a bowl of mush that contained no lettuce what so ever. Everything was chopped up so fine I could of used a straw to drink it maybe thats why I couldn't see or taste lettuce in it. I normally go to this Subway at least 2-3 times a month but the service there has gone so far down hill I'm gonna stop going. I realize this isn't anyones fault but managements so come on people do your job right or go work...
