The bed was bouncy and comfortable, the shower was warm. Sadly the room needs a lot of maintenance. The outlets on the right side of the bed did not work. One TV only got the weather channel. The only buttons that worked on the remote were the power and volume, nothing else. We couldn't change the channel at all and the other TV was just static so we didn't even have the 1 channel on that one. It was good we didn't have to spend much time in the room. The desk chair was ripped and worn. There was black mold under the refrigerator and on the pitiful shower head. The vanity light was crooked and filled with different colored light bulbs. The paint was flaking off the ceiling over the shower and the shower valve cover plate was coming off, allowing mold to grow behind that too. The walls are thin and we got to enjoy the noise of vacuums this morning while attempting to sleep in. The elevator ceiling tile was missing and there were exposed wires for the lights, of which one was burnt out. This place is a safety hazard and we will not stay here again.

The best part of this hotel was the staff – everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. It’s also very convenient for travelers: the Uber ride to the Old Market was quick and inexpensive, and the free shuttle to the airport was a nice bonus. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. The inside felt very outdated and run down. Our room had a comforter with holes in it, large stains on the carpet, cracks in the tub, sink, and tile flooring, and noticeable oversized caulking around the toilet. The entire hotel also had a strong smell of weed, which was unpleasant. There was a large sign in the lobby asking guests to “excuse the mess during renovations,” but we didn’t see any evidence of renovations happening anywhere in the hotel. Overall, while the staff and location were great, the accommodations themselves need significant improvement before I would consider staying here again.

The worst I've ever encountered.,☹️☹️It's my 2nd time here and every time I never liked it, but my husband told me to be patient, we had a flight at Omaha airport on October 29th, we checked in on Tuesday the 24th - October 29, the first day we checked in, the counter staff sent us to a room that had not yet been cleaned in the room. It was very disgusting in the dirty bathroom, there were blood stains on the toilet and the sink had some stains on it. It was disgusting, we had to ask her at the counter why she gave us an uncleaned room, the woman at the counter ignored us, and she slept the whole time, really? Say sorry, what????? We had to walk to the room cleaning staff ourselves, and went to ask for soap, shampoo, toilet paper. I was very angry that day, I wasn't impressed and it made my experience worse. That's so bad I won't stop by here again.

What to say first.. when we first got to the hotel the receptionist gave us our key and the key wouldn’t work in the door, the receptionist said that it happens with that room. Room 300. As soon as we walked in, we smelled a weird smell that kind of smelled like cigarette smoke or something else, but couldn’t put a finger on it. It was so bad we had to open up the window multiple times throughout our stay. In the middle of the night we had to reopen the windows while we slept. There was some kind of wax under the nightstand that obviously was not cleaned, there was a pillowcase that was also dirty that we had to throw on the floor, you could just tell the room was not in good condition, the bathtub was chipped out and had peeling paint. No hairdryer. That morning I went downstairs to tell her receptionist about the smell and asked to get a new room which she said yes, and she also said that we were probably smelling the exhaust from the pool because the exhaust blows into the building sometimes and not out of the building. She did not offer me a discount or a refund for the night that we had to stay in the room smelling like exhaust. our second room was slightly better than the first. there at least was no exhaust/gas smell coming inside the room. The breakfast was ok except that there was lots of people coming in and out that looked to be on drugs, also a homeless guy standing by the juice, drinking it constantly instead of getting a cup, and sitting down. All staff were constantly outside smoking cigarettes, or on their phones, even the cleaning staff. At one point in time I had went to ask the receptionist if our second room was ready and I had to stand there and wait while she finished texting on her phone. Also witness receptionist and customers getting into an arguing match in front of everyone. Cleaning staff the same- playing on their phones, not even acknowledging us as we walked by. Staff was not polite, friendly, or professional. Our floor smelled of weed, fire extinguisher glass was broken, sharp, glass still inside case, fire extinguisher gone. Pool was the same way. Not clean, dirty towels all over, no towels available to use, paint at bottom of pool was peeling and coming off, some floating in the water while we were swimming and had to get them out ourselves. I didn’t take pictures unfortunately- I wish I would have.

Please please don’t come here,...

We arrived late on a Friday night went straight to bed. In the morning when we got up we went to make coffee the coffee grounds were still in from the person that stayed before us. Then we went into the fridge there is beer and food in that fridge from the person before again made us feel like we were in a filthy room. Went to take a shower no body wash two shampoos one conditioner.

Went down to the front desk ask them if our room had even been cleaned told them about the issues we had and they said they would check if the room had been cleaned never heard back at all. They also said they would have housekeeping come in even though the do not disturb was up we told them it was okay and they would put in body wash in our shower of course that did not happen and the things were never removed from the fridge. I honestly don't know if we slept in a bed that someone else did or not.

We received texts during our state and explain things to people never heard back from anybody they said they check into it but we didn't hear. We checked out around 4:00 or 5:00 on Saturday night did not stay till Sunday and was told that someone would check with the manager and credit our account for the Saturday night stay. Of course we received a bill on Sunday and we're charged for both. We called in the morning on Sunday the lady said she check into it and she'd let us know.

We also were up in room 312 where our daughter stayed and it looked like there's actually blood on the floor. The hotel rooms we're not clean and it was very disturbing and we could not stay there any longer than Saturday when we got back from graduation and moving our granddaughter out of her. We needed a clean place to...

We stayed in room 124.

The first night we stayed, January 11, the fire alarm went off. No notice from management as to the cause.

The morning of January 12 as we walked to breakfast there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway.

While we ate the alarm went off two more times. Each time one of the desk workers got on a stool, opened the electrical box and did something to make the alarm shut off. At 3:20am Jan 13 the fire alarm went off again. A few minutes later again. This went on for about an hour until firemen and an EMT were on our floor knocking on the doors to ask if we are ok. Down the hall someone was smoking in their room. EMT said when they opened the bathroom door, smoke billowed out. At this time several hotel guests were standing in the hallway wide awake and frightened. The guest was told if he set the alarms off one more time, they would call the cops to his room. Could not get rest the for the rest of the night after the alarming incident. In the morning I asked for at discount or not to be charged for my night because of the all the disruption all night. I was told “if” anyone asks they can give only 20% discount because we stayed all night! Where were we supposed to go at 4:30am after the fireman left and it was during a blizzard? Management never did say what was going on at anytime. Our count was 20 times the fire alarm was activated. The EMT said they couldn’t believe no one called them. I feel we cannot and will not give a good review because the lack of concern for the hotel guests. We did not receive a 20% for our night. At this point I am asking for a full refund...
