I will not be going back to this Toppers, but I sincerely hope that ownership can correct this locations trajectory, because when done correctly the pizza is good and priced well. I ordered 3 pizzas on Saturday around 530pm online for carry out. The website has a tracker and the estimated time of completion was 6:05pm to 615pm. When I arrived at around 610pm tracker said my pizzas were ready. I walked into the restaurant there was one other customer there already waiting, and the staff looked kind of frantic. One gentleman in the back said "all of these have to be remade". I thought those couldn't be mine since the website tracker said they were already done. I was helped by a young man and a young lady (whom I later discovered was the asst. manager). I paid for my pizzas and was told it would be a couple of minuets before the pies were done. I thought no big deal. Customers started to come in one after another, most had to wait as well. The patrons in the store continued to wait including the customer that was inside before me. Nothing was said to me or any other customer about what was going on, when our pizzas could be expected, or anything at all. I finally grew dissatisfied, and went to the counter to ask for the manager. The young lady that helped me when I walked in stated that she was the Assistant Manager. The time was 6:35pm, so I asked what's the status, she said they will be coming out shortly. That was it. Perhaps the route that would have been preferred would have been why this happened or any other type of reasonable update. She did apologize which was appreciated. I then asked for some type of money back, or discount for the wait. She offered me a free pizza for my next visit. Which in my opinion was lackluster, but I hastily agreed. I got my pizzas at 640pm, and when I left there was still many patrons waiting for their pizza. The worst part was when we arrived back home one of the pizzas was so undercooked we ended up finishing it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had an absolutely atrocious customer service experience at this pizza place. I walked in to pick up my order and was immediately greeted by an employee who, as she set my pizza down on the counter, suddenly screamed, "SHIT!" Apparently, she had forgotten to punch in for her shift. Not exactly a great first impression.
She then rang me up, stated my total, and without another word, walked away. Confused, I inserted my card into the reader, and the screen switched over. At this point, she had already disappeared into the back, chatting with a coworker. With no one around and no instructions given, I assumed everything had gone through, so I picked up my pizza and left.
About a mile down the road, I got an angry phone call from the same woman, demanding that I return to the store and pay for the pizza. After a long drive and feeling exhausted on my way to my hotel, I offered to pay over the phone. She refused, saying she didnāt know how to process a phone payment. How does a pizza place not have the ability to take card payments over the phone or a person working that does not know how to do this?!
Trying to do the right thing, I called back and spoke to another employeeāa man this time. I explained the situation and told him Iād call again tomorrow to try paying with someone who actually knew how to handle it.
The next day, I called back and spoke with a different man. He couldnāt even find my order in the system. Then, instead of trying to resolve the issue, he ACCUSED ME OF THEFT. After all this effort to pay for the pizza TWICE even, I was now being treated like a criminal.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would have to say that Topper's is by far the biggest rip off i have ever experienced at a fast food chain besides McDonald's and Burger King. I don't eat out a lot but for the past two days i haven't had the opportunity to go to the store. So i decide to order out and there aren't that many delivery places out west so i looked online. My friends also ordered from Topper's once when I was hanging out at there house one night and thought why not just go with them since they are close. Need less to say that this place is a rip off and should rethink the way the advertise things on their menu. I ordered two things of chicken wings because every thing else didn't look appeal to my taste buds. I went with a 1/2 lbs of oven roasted boneless wings which where dry and only had 8 pieces in the box for 9.99. The other box was 1/2 lbs of Sweet chili boneless wings which where just the dry oven roasted ones with Asian chili sauce tossed on top. You can make the same things they are making for cheaper and the end product with leave you with extras for the next night. If you don't mind spending 24 dollars on food that wont feed two people then sure go ahead order from Topper's. If you don't have money to waste and would like to save just go to the nearest store and pick up all the ingredients and make it your self for just about the same price or less. Topper's is not the place that i would order from if i wanted to treat myself to heart attack meal...
