On November 17 at 1105, I encountered bad customer service from a worker with long brown hair. I had a tough and long week and wanted to dine in Burrachos and treat myself to a steak burrito. When I walked in, there was one other couple there who was at the cash register. Otherwise, it was not busy and I didn’t have to stand in line. As I approached the counter to place an order, I was not greeted by this young woman. Instead, she gave me an awkward silent stare as if I was an inconvenience for her. I awkwardly started the conversation by telling her I wanted a burrito. As I was walking down the line to choose my toppings, she was giving me bad vibes. I can feel that my presence was unwanted. At that moment, I should have listened to my instincts and walked away. Instead, I completed my order and paid for it. I left no tip after that bad experience. I got a no welcome or hi or thank you. Only a dirty stare and a frown. I didn’t deserve to be treated this way. I should have walked out after seeing how she was treating me. She was unprofessional and didn’t value my business which I am more than willing to take it elsewhere. My experience prior to this encounter was great. That worker was professional, friendly, and helpful. The customer service here will be a hit or miss. I highly recommend to follow your instincts and if you get bad vibes just walk out. Don’t waste time and money on people who don’t value your presence and business. I recommend burrachoes for their fresh food and clean atmosphere if you want a quick on the go burrito. They are much better tasting than chipotle. Even though Burracho’s burritos are not authentic Mexican burrito, they are made with fresh cooked meat and veggies. The portion is great for the price they ask for. Otherwise, going to a local Mexican restaurant for authentic Mexican burrito who offers great customer service is the better choice. Unfortunately after my encounter today, I will no longer do...
Read moreFood is good. 7 guys standing around & the dining room is filthy! Garbage cans full. Tables full of food left over from past dinners. We "used" to come here all the time. I think this is the last. Last 5 or 6 times we had the same experience. Good food, messy place to eat. The dining room has been lacking for the past several visits. There is an older gentleman that has been taking care of things. I understand that having someone willing to work is great in today's atmosphere. However, when he is there, he is extremely slow and not efficient. He can't or doesn't keep up with the table turns. Each time we have been in the restaurant, we have to clean our own table if we want a clean place to sit. The only fix to this is to change the culture within the restaurant. They need to care more than they do. The only way to do that is leadership setting the bar by example. Connecting to me to resolve the issue isn't something I can help with, that is your managers responsibility and job. That's why you...
Read moreSimple menu. Welcoming atmosphere. Associates were helpful and fast, assembling my order.
Compared to Taco Bell, waaaay better. Compared to the other national chain offering a similar Mexican style experience, the food isn’t as good.
What Burrachos lacks in flavor town, they make up in dinning experience, clean and environment sit down experience, condiment section is clean. Finally, not seeing garbage cans not spilling onto the floor. The back of the house looks clean and organized. You know what that means? Your food is going to be clean.
Food portion sizes is what you are paying. You get more than enough to fill you up and feel happy and satisfied. I’ll spend my money at Burrachos because of the total experience. A clean experience means a happy experience from the time I walk in and when the food finally leaves my...
