Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Onalaska

Who doesn’t love, Chick-Fi-La! But, our orders have never been right not even once in our 15 or more visits. We have done drive through, order ahead and dine in but have yet to get an easy process. So we have to check every single order and then go through their confusion to get it right. Make sure your drinks aren’t overfilled or dripping with the contents wet all over the outside as this has also been a huge problem. Never in all my travels or living in other states have I experienced anything less than perfection from this food chain so it’s always shocking that this location hasnt worked out the kinks yet or trained their people better. Classic Chick-Fil-A as food quality from them as I would expect from other locations. Not the speedy service that I would expect from them. I waited over 15 minutes for my meal and when I got the meal they had my order wrong, we had ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received chicken nuggets instead. I didn't go back to the counter to end up waiting another 15 minutes to get it fixed as it appeared the Lacrosse location was short on staff. Food taste was Chick-Fil-A standards from what I have had at other locations. The Lacrosse location should take a note of service from the Cedar Rapids, Lindale. Overall 10/10 experience. I went today with one of my colleagues, she had already experienced the explosively stimulating fast food experience. I walked in and I saw a line all the way to the back of this restaurant and i thought no way we’re waiting this long, but my colleague says “don’t worry i know they will take care of us at a rate that their life depends on” needless to say, that like moved quicker than you can slap peanut butter on a chocolate chip cookie.
