Toppers Pizza — Restaurant in Onalaska

Me and my family went in to order our pizza last night and waited inside while they were making it. The entire time the staff were SCREAMING at each other, goofing off, complaining about other staff in front of customers and were swearing left and right. One worker came in who appeared to have come straight from another job and was getting publicly bashed left and right for things we could see he was doing. We had ordered two medium pizzas and one regular sticks and one cinnamon sticks. When we saw our food was ready on the screen we went up to the desk and this worker went to give us our food and had noticed that even though all of the rest of our order was ready, the cinnamon sticks were not. He asked his coworker where the cinnamon sticks are since he was running the oven and they require no prep and he got blamed for not putting the box for them up even though he showed his coworker where the box he designated for the sticks was and that he did and then this coworker went on to yell loud enough throughout the store that we could perfectly hear him start complaining about how this coworker messed him up. Along with this, the entire time we were there, there were multiple employees just standing around talking to each other and doing nothing when it was obvious they all needed to be working, by them not being able to pump out orders like the pizza delivery and takeout...

Just save yourself the time and money, and get some quality pizza from dominos. Kills me to say this as a lifelong supporter of toppers, but after the past 1-2 years of HORRIBLE experiences with toppers, I cannot imagine ordering here again unless I’m literally starving. They don’t care about your carry out order, good luck getting that in a timely manner. Delivery is a a little better. Customer service is normally good, however if you try to make an order within 30 minutes of closing you’re met with an attitude, and GOOD LUCK getting your order if it’s even a minute after they close, regardless of the fact that they’re supposed to be TAKING ORDERS UNTIL 2. Understandable, but pretty annoying. Management should be replaced before this location loses its reputation. Topperstix are great, just wish they had better deals on triple orders. Our family orders from Toppers specifically for their breadsticks. I’m not a huge fan of their pizza but the kids enjoy it so we order from them occasionally. The time from order to delivery is often very quick and pleasantly surprised how quickly they arrive. I usually order online so I have limited experience with their staff. The orders are usually accurate and arrive warm and tasty. I feel they are a bit more pricey than other pizza places besides their breadsticks. They are a decent pizza place if you crave variety and want to try something different every now and then. The people I interact with have always been courteous and customer service has been reasonable when we have needed to speak to them. I do enjoy their messaging system when I do place an order by phone. It is usually good for a few laughs. Overall I would recommend Toppers breadsticks and this store seems to value its customers.
