Hardee's — Restaurant in Onancock

Whichever one of your employees was working, the cash register inside the store on Saturday, July 26 is probably the rudest woman that I’ve ever encountered in Accomack County. First off she seemed annoyed that I walked up to the counter to place an order. Secondly, I asked for a five piece platter, seemingly annoyed “we don’t care at that anymore”. OK cool. Has she not said it with such attitude I probably would’ve ordered something else instead I just decided to take my business elsewhere because I prefer a place of business that actually cares that I decided to eat there usually come to that Hardee’s a lot probably won’t ever come to that one ever again and I live here in town. I WANTED TO REMOVE THAT LAST STAR, BUT COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO. IN FACT WANTED TO PUT LIKE 10 NEGATIVE STARS! NO SIGN ANYWHERE INSIDE OR OUT THAT IT WAS DRIVE-THRU ONLY. SURLY, WAIT- STAFF! HAD TO ASK ABOUT SEATING, GOT MONOSYLABIC CURT RESPONSE AS EMPLOYEE RUSHED BY. DRIVE-THRU WAS MOVING ALONG....OUR ORDER WAS LEFT, COOLING AND ABANDONED ON THE PREP TABLE, WITH NO FOLLOW-THRU...OF COURSE, OUR PROMPT PAYMENT WAS REQUIRED AND THEN ALL FURTHER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES WERE ACTIVATED. ENTIRE STAFF DISAPPEARED FROM THE COUNTER...???? FINALLY SNAGGED A RECALCITRANT WORKER TO RETRIEVE OUR BAG OF COLD FOOD. EXTRA NAPKIN REQUEST WAS MET WITH AN...

I go to Hardee’s for my lunch break, I order a #2 super star meal. So I get back to work sit down ready eat my sandwich, and notice they gave me the wrong sandwich. Remind u now the sticker on the bag says double check for your accuracy. But obviously they didn’t double check. So I take it back, and I ask the manger is their anyway I can get another sandwich for free, or my next meal on the house being i made a 2nd trip for an order you messed up. He tells me naw. Now if you screw up, and u can’t make it right why should I continue to do business at Hardee’s no longer getting...
