Panzotti’s Pizza & Waffles — Restaurant in Onley

The name and a 4 feet picture sign says waffle and pizza, however they do not have waffle any more said the young lady at the register. No problem let's carry on. We, my wife and I, ordered the calzone. What size is it? I asked, I don't know, this big, with an air measurement. Ok will take it. I paid and in 5 minutes the calzone was on the table. No utensils to eat it with or cut it. When asked for utensils they had run out of plastic disposable utensils. We got one set only to share. Carrying on, it takes more than 5 min to make and cook a large calzone, this wad pretty fast the dough was partially raw and Luke warm on the inside. My guess this is a frozen product that was defrosted and baked in an induction/microwave. The 3 plastic 2 oz souffle cups of sauce served with the calzone were ice cold just come out of the refrigerator. Had to ask for napkins. Definetly not worth $18.75...

This review is just for the fried chicken. I have been here before and normally its average or better. But the fried chicken today.. first off a 20 min wait. Which is fine if the chicken didn't taste like it's been sitting around for a couple hours . Secondly they must have some special midget chickens, I never saw pieces so small. The legs the wings and thighs all were equally small in comparison to a regular chicken part. The taste was nothing better than any other places in the area. And can all you chicken places please stop pushing the biscuits. I come to you for chicken...leave the biscuits to people that order it because they want it. Not because it has to come with the meal. (The biscuits equalled more food than the chicken for this 12 piece family meal) glad I was the only one eating, or else I would have had to buy a second dinner for my family, or make them eat...

We dined in last night, first time eating Panzottis since moving in the area. Will definitely be the last. They were not busy at all, one other family dining in. It took us 30 minutes to get the pizza we ordered and another 5 minutes to get our COLD boneless wings and fried pickles. We had to ask for our drinks and utensils. Which took another 5 minutes to get. When my fiancé asked for a to go box for the pizza they gave him a dirty used pizza box so he had to go ask for a clean one. While we were in there an elderly gentleman came in for his to go order that he called in. They completely forgot about making his order so had to go make it, he sat in there over 25 minutes and was still waiting when we left. For $45 worth of food it should’ve been a lot better with a lot better service. So...
