I have never left a review before anywhere, but I gave this McDonald’s 3 chances and each time I had a bad experience. I have only been through the drive thru and not a single employee I encountered at any time was pleasant. The first time I went, I sat in a reserved spot for the drive thru waiting for my food for 20 minutes as customers were coming and going. At one point an employee came out and asked if I was waiting on a cookie and I said no and that I was waiting on my meal, which was a number 7, she looked at me funny and walked away and no one ever came back out. So, I went back in the drive thru to explain they forgot my food, I wasn’t even upset because I know things happen and I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. But when I went back in the drive thru not a single employee apologized or even seemed to care. When I went to finally grab my food at the second window, the employee asked if I was the one they forgot and when I said yes and thanked her for the food she handed it to me without even looking and just continued to laugh with her coworker about something else. The other two times I went through the drive through the service was fast, but the employees do not understand how to be polite. I worked retail for 6 years and have always told people to “have a nice day” or something along those lines or would apologize if they have been inconvenienced and I never once heard anything like that from the employees in the drive thru. Even this last time I went through they handed me the wrong meal and then swapped my meal back out to the correct one and then just completely ignored me. The food is decent most times, but the employees need some more training on customer service and how to make their customers feel...

Read moreI went thru drive thru and they over charged me by around $6. I asked the manager, Cindy Sutton, not to be confused with the amazing manager Cindy Smith, at the second window to fix it and she told me they would fix it next time and I had frozen food and a cranky 2 year old in the car so I didn't have time to sit there all day and argue with her why "next time" is not an acceptable answer for a customer who just spent $40 at the restaurant that she is supposed to be representing. I go to McDonalds in Oneida on average 3-4 times a week and never spend below $20-$25 per visit so I consider myself a loyal customer to McDonald's. I am beyond pissed that I was disrespected and got treated like I didn't matter when I spend so much of my har earned money at that restaurant each week. I called back up there after I left because I was just so frustrated by this supposed managers behavior and in the background I could hear Cindy Sutton being a smart ellick saying if I wanted it fixed now why did I leave? I left because she refused to fix it and said she would give me 20% off next time, but I can get that all by myself everyday thru the app without the aggravation of some rude woman who doesn't seem like she can handle her anger issues because of a mistake that was made, not because of anything I did. I just want my voice to be heard because at this point I am starting to think Wendy's is going to be my new go to place if this is how a manager at McDonald's is going to treat me. They are supposed to be problem solvers and HELP customers, not make them doubt their decision to be a loyal customer to the company...
