I went there yesterday spent $38 I ordered two combination meals and 4 single. burgers all the for single burgers were supposed to be four different kinds I returned home to find that I only had one combo and 4 of all the same burgers in my bag and no receipt anywhere she did not hand me one as I did pay cash I figured it must be in my bag in which it was not so my husband immediately called to let them know I was on my way back and what was forgotten Jennifer is the manager said that she would take care of me which was not the lady at the drive-thru window when I ordered I went back to the store to only be confronted by the woman who serviced me at the drive-thru window telling her supervisor "she's lying I gave her a receipt" luckily I walked in just in time to speak up for myself and let her and the manager know that no she did not give me a receipt she continued to yell at me in front of other customers and said that she had and I again relayed that know she had not and I have no reason to lie about that because I ordered what I ordered and it was not in the bag plus i called and drove all the way back from my home they continued to look for the receipt in which they pulled one up off the register gave me a copy and gave the manager a copy in which it verified that she did not put my combination meal or burgers in the bag that i had indeed ordered when I told this manager which items on the receipt were left out she yelled from the drive-thru window back over to the registers where the manager was helping me that in fact she did give me the combo and burger that I stated was not given to me she did not have a name tag on she was yelling over everyone even the new customers that we're having their orders taken and blatantly trying to make herself look good by telling the manager that I was lying and continue to make up stories about the whole event in which she kept getting caught up in her own lies I do not know her name I will provide a picture as I sat and waited for my food she stared at me scowling and rolling her eyes the whole time until I left Jennifer the manager was great and had wonderful customer service just watch out for the workers they are very unprofessional and very untrained make sure you check your bags before you go home and make sure you have...
Read moreFirst of all it's a major architectural fail, there are only 2 parking spaces one of them being a handicap parking space. Well aside from that, my mom and I went to Carl's because it was our lunch break. We got to ordering box and we asked for a BIG CARL LETTUCE WRAP, Spice chicken lettuce wrap and 6 chicken stars. We then proceeded to give the lady our money and she told us to wait out front. We did and this big'ol truck was blocking because he was told to wait out front and he couldn't find a parking space to fit his truck. Luckily we found 1 of the 2 only parking spaces there, what felt like an eternity the worker(I don't care about this chick's name) comes out to give us our food and I was like "I can't wait to eat you until I get to the office." We got to the office, I ate my chicken stars and I opened both boxes hoping to find my big Carl lettuce wrap. I opened both and they were both spicy chicken, so I said to myself "I don't remember the big Carl having a fried patty." My mom drove me back and fortunately one of the cooks made me a big Carl, so in my mind I said to myself "you're a savior". And I spoke to soon, when I got to the office I was again bamboozled, they put buns on my sandwich!!!! Ohhhhh I'm so heated!!! Not only did i have a long stressful day at work , my one late night highlight i was looking forward to after this long day was getting my dinner with your establishment. Longstory short its about 9:30 pm im literally the only car in drivethru mind you the only customer outside or dining in the eatery. I was ordering my food mind you for me and my small family and was a meer 6 mins of ordering i was rudly told she cant answer any of my questions i had about the menu and also that i am not allowed on speaker for that long that i need to end my order and move forward.
