3rd time at this cupcakary. 1st I didn’t really care for it. Years later I’m back again because I was in search of a vegan cupcake and they had some. Stopped by a Friday evening 2 min before closing and staff was still really nice and friendly which was surprising because I figured they were ready to go home. They were helpful and answered all questions. Unfortunately they didn’t have any vegan they were sold out they advised order they following day in the morning for pick up to ensure that I would get the vegan ones. We had the baby yoda chocolate cupcake, my son loved it! He said it was the best cupcake he’s ever had, and he doesn’t like cake or cupcakes all that much so I was surprised. I also got the ice cream filled strawberry shortcake, that was soooooo good ! In addition i got the peanut butter cupcake and the snickerdoodle cupcake which staff said was one of her favorites. If you love peanut butter this cupcake is for you. The snickerdoodle was my favorite out of those two. I came back the next day with my order I got the vegan cupcakes, strawberry, red velvet, minions and salted caramel cheesecake. I only got the minion one because it was banana overdose the appearance was cute but seemed so kiddy like. But wow that minion cupcake was so darn good I think one of the best cupcakes I’ve had in my life along with the salted caramel cheesecake those have to be my favorite out of all of them. Strawberry was good also and my friend said her vegan ones were good. The only reason why I did not give a 5 star is because when they were bagging the cupcakes the employe dropped them she said “they are okay don’t worry” well 1 hr later after getting to my friends house ready to sing happy birthday to my friend all 4 cupcakes in the brown box were smashed I was really disappointed! And one was for the bday girl. It was sad! Your paying 6$ for a cupcake and end up getting it smashed. I've bought cupcakes atlest 4xs usually for vday or bday. Quality is good. I gave a 3 stars due to Service being just ok. What dissapoints me is there lack of appreciation & service. Today, I waited in line for 15 min. The young man was putting orders in box, while the young lady was looking at Ipad. When i placed my order i asked for 4 cupcakes. I got 3. I realize that the guy who assited me might have been confused with me asking there opinion and thats why i got 3 vs 4 cupcakes. On the other hand. When i got home & noticed that i only haf 3 cupcakes I immediately called. I also noticed I had no receipt. When I called I spoke to a young lady over the phone. I explained what happened, she double checked & thankfully i was not over charged. What bugged me most is she didnt apologize , sound sympathetic or make suggestions. Small bussiness are tough to run. Client appreciation is important. I understand its a mom & daughter bussiness & they need to run a tight ship. And at the same time elevating there client service might be help them. They have so many clients ,followers, social media outlets and yet they lack service appreciation, personality and common sense . Fyi I'm sure the girl who assisted was the daughter of co. I gave this place a try last summer because I happened to pass it. The cupcakes were gorgeous but very blah tasting. It was actually surprising how little flavor there was considering how much decoration they had. But whatever I'd rather have less than the overly sweet cupcakes at most places. One of the cupcakes I purchased had a flower on top of it and when I went to remove the flower there was a dead gnat smashed across the top of the cupcake under the flower.

This was my first time back. I returned because people mention this place often enough so I thought it would be a different experience. Purchased multiple cupcakes. Again they were absolutely gorgeous but again rather blah for what you'd expect. Not a huge deal. I avoided the cupcakes with the flowers this time but did get one with a strawberry on top. Went to pick up the strawberry and was looking at it so I could grab all of the green at the top to hold it when I noticed yet another dead gnat. Not smashed this time just crumpled up on the strawberry.

For the prices they charge I'd rather go somewhere else at this point. The low flavor is doable because again I'd prefer that over too sweet. But that's two visits and two bugs. I actually got a...
