Their food is excellent and fairly priced however their service is not as good as their food, the servers are poorly organized, they have no ways to keep the flys out there is plenty all over the place and their restrooms need more attention, the worst part of this restaurant...they have a live band playing traditional banda music offering songs to the public by pushing and asking after every song if they want another one with out telling that they charge twenty dollars a song so if you order twenty songs they’ll charge you four hundred dollars.
At the end this turns into a Theft by Deception case because they never clarify before start playing that there is charge per song and I was a witness of it...So if you decided to go and eat there enjoy the food which is excellent but DO NOT ask for any song at the end the band plays wherever they want to play unless you have deep pockets or want to become a victim without knowing .
By the way the name of the band is Prestigio Sinaloense and the singer is the dishonest one that plays dirty tricks on the restaurant’s customers, I hope that the owners of this place are not colluded with this band and their bad actions! Banda Prestigio Sinaloense shame on you and don’t forget that Karma...
Read moreThe place is fairly large but after had made a reservation, there was no one to meet us at the hostess' booth. Beign that it was our first time, we were left dumbfounded at the entrance with welcoming guidance. When we finally sat down, our food took what seemed for ever to arrive. Although our group ordered together, half of the group got the order way before us. The other half had to wait and wonder what was going on. The banda speakers are waaaaay too loud and they only have 2 bathroom stalls for such a large place.
The manager was super nice and apologized for the subpar service. He seemed genuinely concerned and interested in our feedback. The main reason I I gave this place 3 stars and not less is because THEIR FOOD IS GOOD! The menu is mostly mariscos (seafood) with one carne asada plate. The momia shrimp were so flavorful and the bacon was crispy enough. Their mojara al mojo de ajo was full of good flavors! I really did enjoy their food. It really was good. I hope they work a little on their place because this place has...
