EDIT Drop'n you guys down a few stars on this! We like their stuff so I won't put them down on that but your employees... Yall need a reboot that whole place! Young girl working the front on new years day acted like she didn't work there, she had no clue what any of the drinks where and I had a gift card to pay for it and she had no idea how to scan it. Next there's a girl in the back who makes drinks, kinda pale completion, black long hair kinda scraglly held by a clip, she mmight be tall but she's very mean and yelling at your other staff members, last time we where there she was yelling in the back "Shut up and just make it." "shhut up make the drink" I know you can have your days but acting like that is just terrible. It's a close area and the cutomers where kinda looking around at each other as she's acting like that, that's a problem that...

I'm addicted! My Best Friend and I are literally here every day! Everyone that works there always has a smile on their face and give the best service! This actually is my favorite location. But over all, Ding Tea always hits the spot. Others choose coffee, but for me, ain't nothing like a bubble tea from DING TEA. My GO-TO beverage would be the Signature Milk Tea with Crystal Boba. There is nothing that can compare to the experience sipping on this tea. Not to mention, the music selection is on point!!! There might not be any clubs open during Covid, but you can count on DING TEA TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE JAMS!

This is my second time ordering from here and the second time was bad. The service and drinks are not consistent.

My first time was pleasant, friendly service. I ordered via app for pick up, my order was on time and accurate. I asked for light ice and got it. Drinks were decent

My second and now last time going, I ordered via app again for curbside, I asked for light ice, but one of my drinks was full ice giving me only 3 sips. The second drink was watery.

The customer service was terrible, the guy who brought out my order was rude and not friendly, attitude like he was mad he had to bring my drinks curbside. I...
