I was expecting a 5 star meal and experience but sadly I don't know why all the great reviews about this place, average carnitas! Hard chewy cuerito and extra well done Buche in the mixed 2lb (mostly cueritos) family pack, who thinks it's a good idea to make your clients make a line to order and another line to pay ? It's a waste of time that actually takes away from the business profits by making people wait twice for no good reason, Now the main reason of this bad review is the tortillas they are very generous in the amount of tortillas included in the family pack, BUT they are soggy as hell and you can't grab a single tortilla without tearing apart the rest that are stuck together because they been seating around too long sweating and getting soggy in the tortilla warmer , the tortilla is what makes the whole meal complete! HORRIBLE tortillas here, is like buying a new car and putting 24' spinners hubcaps in it. Jaja , Again this was nowhere near the best carnitas place in the IE as some people said. Just one more average spot in my opinion, definitely not going back if I can get the same meal at half the price at any market...
   Read moreI've visited this place a few times, and their carnitas are among the best in the area. However, I was quite disappointed with the service during my recent visit. I had told my wife about this spot, and after checking Yelp, we saw that it was supposed to close at 9 PM. We arrived at 8:10 PM, only to find the restrooms closed for cleaning. Additionally, half of the restaurant's chairs were also unavailable due to cleaning, forcing us to sit at the tall tables by the cashier.
To make matters worse, they were using strong cleaning chemicals throughout the restaurant while we were trying to enjoy our meal. The odors were overwhelming, and we had to ask for to-go boxes because of it. At one point, one of the staff even started cleaning the windows with a potent cleaner right next to us.
I just can't understand why a restaurant would begin cleaning at 8 PM when they close at 9 PM. Why not wait until after closing to start that process?

Oblivious to their prices and menu. I order combos there and the young man at the register inputs everything seperate. Making the food more expensive. Why?
