De Uruapan Carnitas — Restaurant in Ontario

I haven't been here in more than a year, and I came in today, and I remembered why. Today, I got a carne asada burrito. The meat seemed greasy and was tough to chew on like it was sitting for a long time. The salsa bar was mediocre and didn't look appealing. Large surface trays for salsa as opposed to smaller and deep ones. The surface area of the salsa trays was so long that it had a cup and lid that fell into the trays from when someone dropped it in. Lastly, I asked for a lime for my burrito and received a bag with a lot of cut-up lemons. Kinda overkill for a burrito. I'm not making lemonade here. Lastly , I grabbed what I thought was a salt shaker to add a little salt, and down came all the salt bc they used the wrong container for the salt. They used a larger shaker used for oregano and chili peppers. So the holes were a lot bigger. Man, it ruined my meal, and it was a little pricey. $17.88 for a burrito and can soda. It's always a little sad when you spend hard earned money on a bad food place and experience. I hope they see this and be better. I like to support small businesses, but they should hold a better experience for the customers if they want to...

The promotion on IG was what got my attention *free burrito, turn out it was a BOGO deal. Although the promotion was misleading I still grabbed a burrito of carnitas, while the burritos were getting made the lady upfront was talking to the lady in the back and I didn’t hear the whole conversation but what I did hear was in Spanish was “esta podrido” (it’s rotten), which caught my attention, however I blew it off as though I possibly could have misheard her. Well I ate the burrito and toward the end of the meal I began to taste old meat with added bone and tendon. It’s been. Few hours and I don’t sick to my stomach but I am getting a headache and congestion in my throat and nose lol, funny not funny, only laughing because I’ll be damned if I get sick after not have flu like symptoms for more then 8months, first and last time I’ll hit...

I only put one star cause I have to, this place is terrible, rude cashier didn’t even greet me I stood there waiting no response no acknowledgment just cause I have Latin features doesn’t mean I speak Spanish the lady at the register started to speak to me in Spanish I responded in English and she acted like I was offending her last time I checked we speak English in the US but I guess that’s what’s expected when you go to a Spanish speaking restaurant on the contrary I’m offended by her behavior that was the first and last time I come here and I’ll be sure and tell my friends and family about...
