The Office Bar — Restaurant in Ontario

So lemme tell you a story about a 6'2" redneck looking MF who walks into a hood bar. I stroll in to this packed bar to get my Karaoke on. I manage to find my way to the bar. I look around and almost everyone is wearing some combination of black with white or gray. There I am with my khakis and a pink "salmon" check dress shirt. OH how I got looks. I kept to myself and figured I would sing a song, drink my drink and bounce. So finally I get my turn and sing a upbeat country song. Mind you after a plethora of hip-hop, r&b, etc. Well as soon as the song come on, people start cheering. Holy F they know this song. So I lay into it and country the F out of it.

Long story short, the bar tenders were amazing. Although everything that's poured was done into plastic. The people were friendly and welcoming. The karaoke was great. Had I not made my way in and just judged by looks I would not have found my SoCal Karaoke joint. Definitely...

I had an unpleasant experience with the security staff at this bar during my visit on Saturday, Jan 4th. The security guard on duty was clearly uneducated and unprofessional. Despite presenting my NEXUS card—an official document used as a passport and valid identification—the guard refused to accept it. I even explained that it could be scanned for verification, but he insisted that only U.S. passports or IDs were acceptable.

This demonstrates a lack of knowledge and training on the part of the staff. A bar that wants to maintain a good reputation and attract business should ensure its employees are properly educated on the variety of valid IDs that customers may present. Honestly, this is by far the best bar in the area. Really awesome bartenders that everybody seems to know and love. Great daily specials, great selection of beer on tap and in bottle or can, great selection of liquors, they even have some decent wine. Always a great crowd of all kinds of friendly people that make you feel like family. Karaoke on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. They have a food Vendor every day of the week that sets up out front at 9pm and they also let you bring other outside food in all day long too. They show the UFC PPVs with no cover charge!! They scan your ID before you enter with plenty of security which definitely makes you feel safe and comfortable. All in all, you will for sure have a great...
