Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

This store is the worst. I work about two minutes away form here. The employees are bipolar (mostly the two older mexican ladies). They are nice sometimes, but most of the time they are mean. They suck at making sandwiches too. They put so little of everything. I keep having to ask them to put more of everything. They get annoyed but I don't care.

I've finally had it today and decided to make a review. Today, I found a black moldy thing in my ice! I have alerted Subway corporation online so they can inform the manager there to clean their ice machine. I would of alerted them myself but it was during lunch time so there was so many people and I had to go back to work. I hope they clean the ice machine before...

This place has horrible customer service placed an order online and called within 3 minutes of my order to ask for bread to be toasted I had to call this store 6 times before someone could answer the phone with a very rude attitude my order was placed at 2 pm and the app said sandwiches were to be ready by 2:20 I finally got an answer at 2:04 pm and she said your sandwich is already made and theres nothing we can do you can take the sandwich as is or order another sandwich never in my life have i dealt with such rude customer service someone needs to teach these employees how to answer a phone and how to deal with customers aidin is the employee who was no...

Amazing customer service, this 17 yrs old guy 2.weeks working at this place (I'm so sorry I totally forget his name) he was great.... my family and I we have the best impression about his customer service and a fantastic sandwich he preparted for us we came back 2 times same day! Just since food was well prepare but also for the best customer service in this place....oh and another lady who always is there but we find out she was in vacation ... how we know all this info its since we come 1 or 2 time a week and we love this place and customer service!! :)....you looking for great service and fresh food come to this place I highly...
