Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Ontario

Worst place to go too. Very Unsanitary. I saw literally two cockroaches inside the work environment. On top of that, they microwave their hot-dogs. I didn't even accept my food. I got my money back. Seems like there is no stable leadership nor do they care about there customers. I know that you have to get the customer in and out but they have the wrong idea. I'd rather for them to take they're time to cook my food right than fast and wrong. Plus, I heard from the employees that the owner isn't financially stable to run the company and doesn't know how to run the business. I believe them, because it shows. I'm not going to say the names of the employees, because it really isn't their fault. I came here a couple of times to inspect, and the ooz of frustration and unsureness you can easily read off their faces. Honestly this place should be SHUT DOWN and reconstructed from the TOP on DOWN. Don't let the sales numbers confuse you from the real thing on whats going on. This is just the top on the iceberg, there are PLENTY more things I've seen and things I've heard. Hopefully Corporate will step in because this owner of theirs is...

They weren't very busy when I went there today at 11:15. There was one guy ahead of me at the walk up and 2 cars in the drive through. As I waited for them to take my order, he comented they were realy slow today. They took over 5 minutes to give my Polish sandwich combo. I paid .50 cents extra for krout, and they put just a tiny amout on the sandwich. The store had been open for an hour and fifteen minutes and they hadn't bothered to make iced tea yet (I heard her say that to an unseen coworker. I figured the delay was due to making fresh frys, but when I got them to my truck they were luke warm. I worked in fast food back in the 80s, if I had taken that long to serve a guest food that wasn't up to company standards, I most certainly would have been fired. Messed up my whole order. Should have known when he in his own words "had a brain fart and put my speacilty pineapple strawberry lemonade in a regular soda cup. I ordered 2 chilli cheese dogs with onions. Got 1 but without onions and the other dog was a plain hot dog with ketchup. Then I ordered the bacon ranch chili cheese fries. Got em but with no bacon or ranch. I'm making my eating higher only because when I came back the manager apologize made my order the correct way and gave me another pineapple strawberry lemonade.
