The short: we had to wait for a very long time for our service and then check, and had to remind the staff multiple times what we needed and ordered. There seemed to be some confusing about which servers were waiting on which tables as we had multiple ask us the same thing.

The long: We got there at 7:30 on a Sunday night. We stood awkwardly in the vaguely marked "waiting area" for 5 minutes before being acknowledged and seated. Apparently we had 2 servers because 2 different people asked us about our drinks (I saw 3 different people serve the table near us). This may seem like a good thing but it still took another 10 minutes for them to acknowledge that we were ready to order. To their credit, the food was fairly good and came promptly (I would give higher ratings for the food but the service made it not worth the trip and we could have found something just as good elsewhere). We also ordered a flan when we ordered our enchiladas. After eating we both pushed our plates away and waited for one of the 3 servers floating around the area to notice we needed boxes or a check or our flan. After waiting for 20 minutes my husband went and found someone to at least get us boxes and a check. Since I was looking forward to the flan, and after waiting another 5 minutes to see if they would bring it, my husband got up again and asked for our flan. Again, prompt and good. We got our new check and waited another 15 minutes before giving up on anyone getting us change. We ended up giving more of a tip than we wanted or they deserved because all of our servers ignored the cash and check sitting on the edge of the table. As we were walking out, however, we saw the server take our money and generous tip. We would not recommend this place to anyone unless you love to wait and pay too much for...

The first time I went there the food was amazing, staff was great, and the inhouse lemonade was the best I had ever had! Told my husband about how good it was, and that he needed to try it out too. We go there, the waitress gets our drink and food order, she bring us our stuff and we dont see her again. We ordered the lemonade and it was so watery, the beans had a burnt taste and the chips were stale. My husband did not like his main dish, so he mostly ate his rice and beans. We had to wait 15 minutes just for our waitress to come back so he could talk to her about it. My husband explained how he didn't like it, and it did not taste fresh. She argued with him about how everything is made fresh every day. They went back and forth for a bit before she got the manager. It was not Maria, it was a man and I didn't get his name. I tried explaining to him that my husband did not like the dish, he hardly ate it. We did not want to pay for the dish, but he then began to argue back and forth, interrupting me and telling us he did not have time for this, he was sorry and there was nothing he could do. I laughed and was picking up our things to leave when he decided to give us a discount on that dish. It was a joke. I've never had experience like this before. Never again will I go back.

Edit to add: we had also orded a small bowl of bean and rice for my 9 month old, never got it. And it took us asking 3 people for a spoon to...

Traveling and hungry we found ourselves looking for something tasty and were craving chips and salsa. When we arrived we were greeted with friendly staff. Upon being seated they brought out chips and salsa and a side of beans for our kids to dip in (which I thought was great). Our server, who I think was the owner, took to our children and was being super silly with them. Our daughter had been asking for chicken soup and the closest thing on the menu was chicken and rice soup which she ordered and the server looked super concerned and said it's a very large bowl and then said I'll make it kids sized and found a smaller bowl to serve her with. He even had them alter the soup so it just had chicken rice and broth. He was extremely accommodating whereas I would have been fine if it had come as regularly served. The kids both ordered lemonade and he made them "fiesta" lemonade which I'm unsure if that was even a thing or if he was just being nice. Our meal was great. We're from San Diego and we consider that the Mexican food capitol of California and if I am being honest the food was better than anything I'd gotten at home in the recent months. All in all our experience was great and if we ever traveled through Ontario Oregon again, we'd be back. Thanks for making the close of our night...

If you’re not hitting up Fiesta Guadalajara, are you even living? Walked in thinking I was just getting dinner; left thinking I found a second home. The chips and salsa hit the table faster than my ability to say "Sí, por favor," and I’m pretty sure the beans are slow-cooked by angels. The margaritas? Absolute works of art. I had one (okay, maybe three) that made me question why I’ve been drinking anything else. Now, let’s talk entrees: the carne asada plate? Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and made me feel like I should be starring in a taco truck commercial. The fajitas? Sizzling so loud, the table next to us turned to stare—probably out of envy. Each bite had the kind of flavor that makes you believe in miracles. The staff? They deserve awards. They kept the chips coming, made sure my marg glass was never empty, and even laughed at my bad Spanglish jokes. In short, Fiesta Guadalajara isn’t just a restaurant; it’s an experience. 5 stars? More like 10 if I could. I'll be back, probably sooner than I should be.

Fantastic service at reasonable prices. Fiesta Guadalajara sits in downtown Ontario and is both much larger and more well established than the streetview would indicate. The inside is full of murals and photographs. There is plenty of seating, an attentive staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. The prices of the dishes range from $10-$20 a plate, were delivered quickly (despite it being peak dinner hours), and were delicious. There are vegetarian options, that can be made vegan in a pinch, but aren't natively so. For vegans there may be some cross-contamination of meats and vegetables, but if that does not bother you this is worth the stop.

Step by step. The front has curb side parking but around in the back they have plenty of spots. Inside the area was very clean , well maintained, authentic feel to the restaurant. The people are very friendly. The food was hot, well prepared, not over the top for seasoning. The sauce appeared to be made in house. The menu options was massive, I really liked that aspect. Pricing for what you received was also very reasonable. Very pleased with this restaurant.
