The owners, Laurie and Manny, are two of the most genuine and kind people you could possibly meet. I bought my wife's engagement ring from them 5 years ago and they made the whole process so amazing and delivered a beautiful ring that my wife cherishes. When one of the accent diamonds came loose from its setting, they promptly replaced the stone and repaired it stunningly. Since then, I have done everything from purchasing gifts, to having jewelery repaired, to watch battery replacement and they provide the same exceptional care and attention to detail as my first experience. They always go far above and beyond what you would expect and make you feel like family. Today my two sons, 1 and 3 years old, and I dropped several watches off that needed batteries changed. Laurie, noticing that the boys were tired, offered to personally deliver the watches to our home so I could take the boys home for their naps. This afternoon she quietly knocked on our door and delivered all the watches with new batteries, the correct time and date set, and polished to their original beauty.
