Old School — Local services in Ontario

Purchased a quartz banger from here on 1/14 evening, brought it home to try out. Used once, turns out the stem leaks and is not airtight. Bummer dude, hits like crap. I had to work late the next evening so didn't get to go to back to the shop until 1/16 night.

I cleaned the banger like new, put it back in the original packaging and dug out the original receipt.

When I explain my situation to the clerk he tells me that they can't exchange anything unless it is the same day and then, only sometime. I pointed out this was the first possible time I could come in and the person who sold it to me 2 days earlier said nothing about the return policy.

According to him, that's too bad and how is he to know how long I've actually had it. It's their policy and "there are other places you can go instead." Nice. Accusatory, rude and dismissive.

What business would refuse a straight exchange for a broken product used once they sold 2 days ago with the receipt?

Wow....just wow ! I wasn't expecting to get much even with the sale, didn't look at the menu on my phone before I went. Let's start with customer service the bud tenders provided. The awesome quick to help lady even gave me a beautiful Thurs rolling tray with cover AND a cool Thurs hat. She had to keep telling me "not even close you still have alot to pick out" because I told her my limit. When I was done, in the history of me going to dispensaries over 5 years have NEVER been able to get soo many edibles and max flower yet never hit my limit. With our wares I now will be pain free, able to enjoy my day that much more because of you....thank you and see...

So I bought a mini unicorn lookah dab rig and it broke from over heating and cooling. Went in to try and get a warrantied but they told me to wait for the owner when I went again the employee told me that the owners don't exchange or warranty it. I've purchased from old school for the past few years they have always done me me well. But now with new management they are sending me to the manufacturer to possibly get a new one if that was the case I could have ordered it online. It's 95$ at old school and 76.49$ on the website.
