Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Ontario

I was waiting for my food in the drive thru and as I am waiting the girl in the drive thru window spills a large drink all over the side of my brand new car!! As it happens the lady starts laughing as it was so humorous to only her! I asked to speak to the manager and I was very rudely told "what do you want me to do about it, I can't do anything", I asked for them to pay for my car to get washed at which point the manager proceeded to laugh at me not once asking "can we help you clean it?"! I asked for corporates number and when the manager finally returned with the number, I called and she had already called herself and told her part before figuring out a solution to the problem they caused. I spoke to someone at corporate who was very rude as well, and I told them I needed my car washed and the lady over the phone laughed also (there must be something in the jack in the box food for all the employees to find this so humorous), after about 15 min of trying to figure out how they can clean my car they were telling me to get out of the drive thru so they can help there customers (as if I wasn't a paying customer) or they were gonna call the cops!! Both the manager and the lady at corporate said the same thing about calling the police!! So I pulled away when the lady over the phone said I'll have a city manager call you after they review the tapes and they'll let you know what we can do for you! It's been a lil over 2 weeks and I haven't received a phone call so it's safe to say I will be boycotting every jack in the box from now on (not that it will matter to them cuz I am only one customer put of millions they have) and I will try to have my friends and family do the same!! Thanks Jack!!! keep going after the stoner crowd and keep hiring weed...

Update: sadly what I experienced for 3 years ago is became history nowadays.

Many soda tastes are not available No tray for dining in The small fries so small that not even holds it value anymore (THE BAG WASN'T FILLED) Buttermilk Ranch Dressing is cost $0.25 even with food purchased.

This is the worse $12.27 I have spent this year so far.

3 years ago what I wrote, and no longer true to this location! Next to the 15 FWY on ramp, clean, and friendly staffs. Its within the gas station...

I don't know why and who first started this God damn trend of not accepting 100 dollars bill Bloody do u not take 100 dollars when you go to bank or cash your paycheck. The company gave you system to check authenticity of bill and to make change. I think most people are lazy . They just want to take easy out by refusing to take 100 bill. Today was going to spent 10 dollars but lady

refused to break it and made me spend 20 instead to break my bill. What a shame , I just didn't have time to argue . I bought extra shake which I had no plans to drink to make total up to 20...
