I was genuinely happy with my experience and purchase with him. It’s unfortunate that I can’t change this review to five stars due to an issue unrelated to him, because Mathew truly deserves it!
Service Department: I recently went in for my first service, and the team was kind and helpful. Eric assisted me and was clear and efficient in explaining everything. The service manager even came out personally to reassure me that my concerns would be addressed. I really appreciated their attentiveness and professionalism—big shoutout to the service department.
Mustafa (Finance Department): The only reason this review is still at 1 star is because of my experience with Mustafa in the finance department.
At the time of purchase, he walked me through the paperwork and presented various protection packages. I made it clear I was only interested in the tire and wheel protection. After some negotiation, we agreed on a price and added additional coverage based on his pitch: windshield repair, tire and wheel, ceramic coating, key replacement, paintless dent repair, and paint protection.
Shortly after receiving the car, I noticed a small paint chip on the front bumper near the hood. I let Mathew know, and he assured me it would be taken care of. When I brought the car in for service, the team listened and confirmed the repair. The service manager again personally reassured me, which I’m very thankful for.
However, I also mentioned a few other minor issues: a 5-inch scratch on the rear passenger door, a small scratch on the trunk, and a scuff mark on the rear bumper. Eric, my advisor, told me my package only included paintless dent repair, not coverage for paint damage. I asked him to double-check, and he found I also had paint protection—but the fine print stated it only covers things like tree sap, bird droppings, and water spots.
I appreciated Eric's honesty and professionalism—he was just reading the contract and doing his job. So, I decided to speak directly with Mustafa. I knocked on his office door and asked if he had a moment. He replied, “Not really, but what’s going on?” I explained everything. His response was: “No, I never said anything about scratches. We only discussed paintless dent protection.”
At that point, it was clear he either didn’t remember or chose not to acknowledge what he had sold me. I just said “Have a good day” and walked out.
It’s frustrating because when he was selling the packages, he took the time to explain everything and made it sound like full paint protection was included. But he never mentioned that the paint package had such limited coverage. Had I known, I wouldn’t have bought it.
If Mustafa is your finance person, make sure you go over everything, especially the fine print. It’s unfortunate that one person, trying to make a bit more commission, can ruin what was otherwise a fantastic experience—thanks to Mathew and the service department, who genuinely...

I wanted to update…. After over a year of trying to order part for Tacoma…. Ordered from 4 different Toyota dealers and nobody has part. Only reason I am able to drive my vehicle now is because I moved out of California. Vehicle has had check engine light on for over a year now. If I still lived in cali. I would have not been able to get registration due to smog check. There are many other Toyota dealers in area. Please avoid this dealer. They sell LEMONS… I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership as I basically received a lemon. I purchased a used 2012 Tacoma from Crown Toyota. I thought I was getting an excellent used vehicle. But after 2 weeks I started to get the check engine light and "trac off" light (codes indicating evap system leak). That extra you pay for coverage does not cover the evap system of course for used vehicles.
I first changed the gas cap. No luck. Next was changing purge valve. No luck. Fuel filler neck changed. No luck. Lastly, I changed out the charcoal canister. No luck... still had the check engine and trac off lights coming on. My truck always smelled like gas fumes... especially after refueling. Put in well over $1000 for parts and labor for parts above. I finally found the issue when filling up my tank. Gas started to come from underneath gas tank. Turns out that a small hose that comes from the fuel tank to the fuel filler neck had a hole in it. OK... I finally found what was causing the problem for check engine evap. I can just buy the small hose and replace.
I went to 4 different Toyota dealerships looking for hose. No luck finding part until the last dealership said the part only comes with fuel tank and can not be purchased alone. So now I have to purchase the entire fuel tank which cost $1000 dollars and also will have pay for labor to install fuel tank. I will say again.... I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership as I basically received a lemon. The issue with the truck I purchased should have been fixed before the sale of the vehicle. I will never purchase, recommend or think of going to this...
