La Bufadora Baja Grill Ontario — Restaurant in Ontario

When I found out Ontario had LaBufadora locally I was so happy. I have been there 3 times already and the Fish tacos are my main reason in going. But today I was a bit disappointed. Since I been going constantly to the Irwindale Bufadora and the Riverside their Fish tacos are always served with Mexican cream. I had noticed on my previous visits that the tacos didn't have cream so today I told the the girl when I placed my order make sure to put cream on the tacos. Yes they had the cream just like they are supposed to just like the picture in the restaurant has cream on the Fish tacos. But the girl didn't disclose that there is an extra charge when I placed my order $4.50 extra. One is in a rush grabbing lunch, so I didn't notice till later when I seen my receipt, I saw the extra charge. I don't mind paying for this cream but I don't like that this is not disclosed on their menu or when one places an order. Irwindale and Riverside has never done this and they get 5 stars from me. If I could I rate no stars. I called to place order with co workers and when I showed up they didn't have my order so I order there anyways and waited 20 mins everyone behind me got their order and I didnt yet. I go ask how long is the wait for a dad a fries and they answer 10 mins with attitude and I tell them its been 20 mins and I want a refund. They insisted I wait or place another order and I told her no I want my money back then they all argue and I'm still waiting for my refund on my card. I finally got my refund but after all that you would think they would refund my money in full being they made the mistake and they only refund the fries and still charged me the soda. With all the great reviews, I had to try this place, but I wish I didn't. I ordered a Cali burrito with grilled chicken, and chips. $2 for chips that doesn't even include pico de Gallo, bit steep, but that's fine. When eating my burrito, I knew something was off pretty quickly, but I'm no expert. The chicken tasted like the chicken that you don't want to taste. Like the smell you get when raw chicken is sitting in the sun all day. That was the taste. I was starving, so I continued eating.
