On 10.25.25 at 10:11am on Drawer 1 XXX5594 the large Hispanic girl at the drive thru window was extremely unfriendly and rude. When I asked her if she could throw a cup away for me inside so I could fit my drinks she said no that I was welcome to throw it away after the drive thru. I was like ok fine and then when she gave me my change one of the dollars was ripped and when I asked her if I could get a different dollar she said “ yeah no it is what it is that’s the change” and I’m like ok. And then I asked if I could have my receipt for my orders because I placed multiple she ignored me and I wasn’t sure if she even heard me until at the end she gave me all three receipts. I had asked for them in the beginning so I could get them handed to me per order so I could keep them separate but she didn’t seem to care and just gave them to me all together at the end, and when handing me the coins she didn’t make sure I had them and they fell . Never had an experience like this before at Starbucks and it honestly does affect your morning and mood when someone hates their job and doesn’t have common courtesy or a way to politely say and do things. Read moreThe main gripe here is that I frequently receive a medicine ball when I ask for a green tea. A medicine ball has green tea and a green tea is just that alone. Not a big deal since Starbucks always corrects this. I was already in Rancho when I took my first drink and was too far away to return. I've had this happen at 3 different Starbucks and I don't understand the disconnect.
The two star review for this location is due to the mobile order chaos occurring in the store. There were 4 of us inside waiting for orders when 6 mobile order customers came in and the lady distributing orders was doing her best, but it took them 20 minutes to get my drink. The main challenge was that food and drinks were intermittently coming through with no tickets adhered to the bags or cups, so she was sorting through 15 drinks and unmarked bags one by one. Then when I was asking about their new sunrise menu; if the strawberry delight was a drink and I was told yes. Then when I got it; it was not even a drink. It's was a damn strawberry shortcake in a small cup. The biggest thing that really upset 😡 was he whole fact did not even hear an I'm sorry for the wait. Just took my phone from my hand to scan it inside. I was not happy one the employee took my phone. When the employee could of scanned it from my hand. I will NEVER be going to this Starbucks EVER again. The worse that I have ever been too. I cannot believe that this store is still open with how their service is.
