Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Ontario

Every time my husband and I come to this location, we order the buttery Smashburger and every single time they have to mess it up somehow someway they mess it up and we really don’t understand what the issue is. This is the third time this has happened specifically with his burger either the workers or just not listening to what we are asking or they just don’t give a crap but it’s getting annoying considering we are pretty loyal customers and we go there multiple times a month It’s to the point we’re honestly I’m probably just gonna stop eating there we just went through the drive-through and we ordered two combos same exact thing and then another separate one just the sandwich with a medium fry and for some reason they gave us two one of them was a combo for a butter smash burger. The other one was a combo that had a buttery smash burger bun, but with bacon and no lettuce or tomato and then another buttery smash combo so I don’t know why but every single time we order this burger, you guys are giving us burgers that have bacon which really irks me because I am Muslim and I do not eat bacon. Went through the drive-thru and ordered a double cheeseburger combo. The young lady with the gold rim round frame glasses dark hair, asked me to pull around the Jack in the box to the parking spaces side so they can falsely report their time of each car in the drive-thru as being quick in the drive-thru. Unfortunately I didn't check my order before leaving and my order was wrong. I drove all the way back. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and the same young lady tells me they'll remake the burger. She again asked me to pull to the other side of the Jack in the box. I told her no that I would wait at the drive thru window since there was no cars behind me. She rudely responsed, "Whatever works!" and walked away. Shame on her for dishonestly reporting their drive-thru time when there's no other cars in the drive thru. She did that...

It’s honestly getting so frustrating u guys can’t get any order right or give us the wrong things. This is 3 times in one month already. And no napkins either. My fiancé went a got a salad for me again rn and I told him to make sure u guys use the chicken ur suppose to which is the same one in the chicken grilled chicken salads. But yet u guys r using nasty cold pre chopped chicken like as if we don’t know what’s suppose to be going in our salad and we have never gotten it before.
