Horrible customer service! I placed an order at 6:07pm and the girl on the phone was just laughing in the background and couldnt take my order or my name correctly. She told me the pizza would be ready in 15 mins so I asked if I could pick up my order at 6:45pm. She proceeded with saying yes. I get there at 6:42pm and Dylan tells me my order wasnt ready that I needed to wait. What's the point of ordering ahead of time if they're going to make you wait an additional 15 mins? Two of the girls that were working there were giggling and talking about non work related things the whole time. One of the girls goes near the counter so I ask her if she can please check on my order (at this time it was 6:54) she answered "I'll check right now" very rudely and proceeded to talking with her coworker. After she's done talking she get my pizzas and I realize my order isnt complete and I'm missing my crazy bread and again being rude she says "that's all you ordered". And I had to wait additional time for the bread. At this point it was already 6:57pm and I was supposed to be at an event at 7pm so I walked out with just the pizzas. When I went in for my order first red flag was two girls standing at register one clearly was a manger and they both ignored me for about ten minutes. Then the manger just walks away. The girl on register ask for my name and I tell her and she can’t find my order so she tells me they need to remake it. I listen to the crew members arguing about who made my order for five minutes until she comes back and says it’ll be eight more minutes. The assistant in charge of all these kids names is Lines and she shouldn’t be a manger. Clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing and is not cut out to run a store by her self or for five hours. Read moreOne of our pizzas got burnt while they were preparing our order. One of the staff was worried we would get upset at the extra wait of having our order remade and was going to pack it. Several of the customers that had came in while we were waiting were rude to the staff quite unjustifably. So it was understandable that they were concerned. The rest of the staff flat out refused to cut it. And one settled the debate by tossing it in the trash, saying "I already started a new one". The poor cashier who'd had her head bit off repeatedly was so timid when she started apologizing about the pizza. I told her, "I saw it. Thank you for not trying to pawn that off on us. We will happily wait." The look on her face and the heads that popped up behind her said so much about how people treat service staff. Gold stars all around. Will...
