Let me start by simply saying Frank at ITC is by far, the most qualified, honorable, intelligent professional in overall computer knowledge I have met in quite a long time.

I am a digital tech nerd but not trained in computer repair, programming, or advanced tech. I have been fortunate to have a friend who's overly qualified in a professional careers at Microsoft. But he is far and I don't like taking up his time.

Recently, my HP had been getting slower and causing all kinds of issues. Frank got back to me within 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. By Sunday evening, he had found the issue and gave me a fair (and reasonable) price to install a new hard drive. He said it would be ready by Monday at 1:00pm. He called me at 1:00pm to confirm it was done.

It was smokin' fast. Everything worked great. I had a glitch with my Microsoft Outlook due to one of my email clients (google login was causing an issue) My Google account also was causing an issue with Chrome. I had issues with this prior and just wanted it fixed. Frank offered to pick up, backup, and wipe my hard. He actually was very accommodating and was pretty much willing to do it at no extra cost. He again, was able to get everything running smooth. In fact, he pretty much handed me a brand new computer all ready to go with my Microsoft and Google pre setup. Although he tried not to accept it, I forced him to take a tip as his service is rally that good. I am always willing to pay for this kind of expert service.

First off, I never write reviews, but with this place I feel like I need to. I also have never taken my computer to a place like this. I've always done everything myself, but after what I believed to be a short circuit, and my pc wouldn't turn back on, I was worried multiple components could be damaged and it was best to take it in. Hong was the one that helped me out, and let me tell you, he is THE MAN! He was kind, funny, quick, and genuine. I went in right before he closed so he said he'd take a look and call me. He called me just an hour after they opened the next day and told me exactly what was going on(I just had to get a new psu, which I was able to return to Amazon since I bought it a month ago). I brought the new power supply in and he installed it the same day. He made my wiring look amazing, because yes my cable management was trash when I brought it in. But I was stressed about this pc since I spent quite a bit of money on it recently, and Hong made me comfortable, confident, and ready to start gaming on my pc again, all for a more than fair price. I highly recommend this place and will be back if I have anymore issues in the future....

ITC is the BEST! . . My Mac internal hard drive was dying with thousands of dollars of software on it that I would loose if the drive died. Too important to try too fix myself. ITC listened to all my issues, started working on it right away and kept me up to date on the progress, cost and projected finish. First they backed up my entire 1tb drive to an external drive, then migrated ALL of my software to a brand new internal drive! To make this more challenging, my valuable software can only run on an old OS, so they loaded a fresh version of my old OS. They saved all of my software & files, with nothing lost, everything gained and with a new drive and OS, my Mac is 5x faster than before. . . Better yet, the cost was so much less than I feared, I wasn’t leaving without offering a generous tip.

ITC are honest, reasonable and with their 20yrs in the repair business, the most knowledgable in my opinion. In my own 20yrs of computer crashes & set-backs, going to see them was the best decision I’ve made in my professional career. . . Go see them, you will be...
