If I could give this location a zero star I would. As recently I returned to this location for any improvements, though upon my return, I have received even worse treatment than before. I had been through their drive through window and waited for someone actually anyone to ask if I was readdy for my order and no one even answered. I called "Hello" three times just to make sure. I proceeded to the 1st window and tell me why there were no employees available? Then went to the 2nd window and still no one there. I look through the window and you have the manger and staff in back laughing away talking with no service to anyone. Not until minutes later does the Manager Jonathan ask me "What was my order"? I was horrified and frustrated to only purchase food for my child and leave, as he stated that if I had a problem I could call the number on the corporate sign they had posted. Come to find out this has happened several times to other people I know who have gone to the same location. This place will no longer have my business! I will and should avoid this location forever.

I visited this location because I downloaded the McDonald's App and was offered a free sandwich. So I went to this location to redeem the offer. The manager that answered when I arrived at the drive thru had an attitude when answering me when I told him I had a coupon through the App. Told me "Second Window" when I was done ordering my free big Mac. Then when I get to the window I hit the "Redeem at this location" button and I get an error message saying they are having server issues he then tries to say that my phones don't have internet connection and they obviously do. Doesnt honor the deal even though they have problems on their end. I'm sitting here showing him that I haven't redeemed the offer yet, he doesn't care he's too busy being not trying to help...then tells me another customer was able to redeem theirs earlier😒 I'm thinking that was earlier, not now. So I was like whatevs and drove off.
For the record I'm still getting the error message while I'm at home on my WiFi. I Check the reviews for the App and there are thousands of people with the same problem.
Yeah you guys are pretty terrible! Next time actually try to help the customer and honor your coupons if you are having errors. I will not be going to your location again. Sad part about it this was my first visit at this location...
Read moreI ordered something small for my lunch break (I had been looking forward to it all week) and I received a confirmation email and a charge on my bank. When I went to go pick up my order on my lunch break, in which I had limited time, the app told me to go through the drive through to pick up my order so I did. And the lady told me that they didnt have my order so I had to come inside the restaurant to confirm my order which defeats the purpose of a quick pick up. Frustrated, I go into the store and it take over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. I have 10 minutes left on my break and I finally make eye contact with the manager and get her attention and she tells me that the store canceled my order. So I tell her that they already charged me and she said that I should be getting a refund in a few business days. There were other customers in the store visibly upset at the service as well.
