I came in tonight very excited to try the beyond orange chicken for the first time and they were fully stocked, to my delight. I had come in about a week ago about 10 minutes before closing and they politely informed me that they were out of the beyond chicken. They offered to make me more which was very kind of them but with it being so close to closing time I decided to have a soul and not ask them to make more just for me. Back to tonight, I walk in and there’s one man in front of me in line. The service from the staff was extremely polite and quick. I get my beyond orange chicken and spring rolls and head to the register where I watch the man in front of me have every single one of his cards declined. Not judging him for that, in fact I’ve been there and I feel you dude, but he proceeded to throw a tantrum and talk about how he “had $7,000 on that card” and kept repeatedly asking the poor cashier “why? why?” every time a new card got declined. I honestly felt so bad for the staff and thought they handled the situation with much poise. Read moreI had the most horrible experience tonight at this location. I ordered online and paid online. I went to the location and waited 15 and my order was not ready. There was only one person doing take out for the customers who had already paid. I went and got in line and waited another 10 minutes then got up to the counter only to be told that pick up is over there as she points. I told the lady no I paid already for my order and while I'm waiting for mine you already got about 30 people in and out of here. I said I need you to help me. She asked for the name on the order and said they do not have an order under my name. I showed her the email and magically they were able to find my order. I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for them to get my order together only for them to get my sons order wrong and they didn't even have my meal when they handed me the bags. I had to wait another couple minutes for them to fix those issues. This is rediculous and the manager should have gotten involved.
