Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Ontario

I love Chipotle. I've eaten at a bunch of them. When I go out of town, I find a Chipotle to eat at. I was totally excited when this one was built, close to my place. I've been to this specific one a few times. I've had mini problems each time I've gone. I hoped, since they were new, they'd iron out the kinks, but they seem to keep having little mistakes. The quality of the food is there. It's tastes just like every other Chipotle. First time I went, the first week they opened, they didn't put any salt on the chips... I don't know how that happens, but ok... I went home, put salt on them. Problem solved. Next time I went, they didn't put all my toppings on, and I was stupid enough not to pay attention, since I was busy paying. The last time I went, they didn't put enough food in the bowl. I understand that you can't just go throwing extra meat and things on the bowl, without charging extra for it. But when I've been to every Chipotle in the area and they put the same amount of food in it, and then I come to you guys and you put the minimum amount humanly possible, not cool. Your food isn't that cheap. If I'm paying good money for my food, I expect you to give me the same amount as every other Chipotle in the area. Honestly, I could have put all the meat that was on my bowl, and fit it into a 3/4 measuring cup. When I asked them to add more, they said it'd be extra. I'm not gonna pay extra, cause you don't know how much food to put in a bowl. The same thing happened with the cheese. I'm a cheese freak, so don't f with my cheese. Maybe you guys should send your team to another Chipotle, to learn how much of a specific item needs to go in a dish, cause I'm tired of the issues. Guac is extra, I get that, and I'm happy to pay it. But DON'T ask me to pay extra on the meat and cheese, especially when all I want is what EVERY OTHER CHIPOTLE delivers. I wish these guys would get their act together, but until they do, I'm not paying for...

I've never had a problem with Chipotle until I came to this one. I ordered TWO bowls to go. When I walked in the cooks/staff were behind on filling the food into the warmers. One of the bowls I ask for half and half, and the girl did a crappy job at making it as much meat as the second chicken bowl I got. I told the guy that did the other ingredients that I wanted two containers of salsa one of the mild and one of the hot. I also asked to put lettuce on both bowls, sadly I was already getting pushed to pay for my food so I didn't get to finish watching the guy (not finish!) my food. When I got home, there was NO napkins in the bag, NO forks in the bag, (HELLO, this is to go, what I i wanted to eat in my car?!?!!) my two salsa container I asked for were NOT EVEN half way filled (WTF seriously incompetent people.) Then as I opened to what I hope was going to be good food.... it was luke warm, no lettuce (as I asked!!!) and it was put together sloppy, the ingredients were not spread evenly over the bowls as I usually get at most Chipotles. And of course, I didn't have enough salsa for my TWO bowls since they were under half way filled. Apparently the owner isn't training his staff appropriately. If there was yelp reviews for the location, I'm sure they wouldn't be as good as some of the other...

The service is great, my buddies burrito wasn’t rolled correctly and they made us a new one no problem 5/5. However, when I placed my order the food looked like it was sitting under the lamps for a while but didn’t take that into consideration when making my order: Chicken, beans, rice, corn and cheese were in my burrito. When I got home I literally felt sick to my stomach and threw it all up and I’ve been at home now with my stomach turning uncontrollably. Great service but man oh man the food was questionable during my visit.

Update: We called the manager 11/28/18. Kelly, she was extremely compassionate/professional about the whole situation when we called regarding our poor experience. She refunded our bill but insists on giving us free meals which we declined.
