Sorbenots Coffee — Restaurant in Ontario

I am not normally one to leave reviews unless they are good ones. But I feel I have to leave one today. I have been going to Sorbenot's for years, since they were just a little kiosk coffee shop in Red Apple. (I believe they were Stone Bros at that point) I have always had wonderful service and great tasting coffee for all those years. There was a time I would go there at least 3 times a day getting my fix. But lately, (since Heather has left) things have been hit or miss. Meaning, you dont get what you order half the time, either you get charged for 1 size and get another or you dont get the coffee you order, or you order multiple things and you dont find out until u get to the window, that a part of the order wasn't taken, (even tho it was repeated back to you) I have loved Sorbenot's for years, I really don't want to go elsewhere because I am loyal to them, so Im trying to give chances. So I hope things will change. I think there needs to be a bit more training maybe with the young girls that work there now. And attention to detail is key. I understand that nobody is perfect, and Mistakes are gonna be made, but the mistakes should be learned from. I will continue to give my business to them...for a while longer. But if things don't change, I am going to have to seriously consider going elsewhere. I really hope things get better, cause writing this review makes me sad when it's towards a business that has treated me so well for so...

I really like this place. They make really good hot drinks, just remember to add an extra flavor shot when it's hot. You can get it cooled if you like that, and they have a bunch of good flavors, with a wide variety of milks and styles at a fair price. I'm absolutely in love with their frozen/iced style of coffee as it tastes just like a milkshake. My only downside to picking here is if your in a rush in the early mornings I suggest you plan out a little extra time but it's worth the extra few minutes. They only have parking for maybe 3-4 cars to park but they have a wonderful sitting deck and a drive-thru option. Fully ramped for wheelchair access and they offer stamp...

I had to give this place five stars which I don't usually do, cuz I came in for a few items and it was such a welcoming place that it felt like I had already paid and I drove off not realizing that I didn't pay and the lady didn't realize either and after I got back on the freeway I had a realized and so I called in and was trying to give her my credit card information and she just waved it bean bag it wasn't fully my fault because we both didn't realize and so I didn't have to pay and I really appreciated that I thought that that was very kind and the coffee and food was...
