I would not recommend this location to anyone. I believe in second chances, but this is the like the third and fourth opportunity to improve. This is several orders over time,... assuming it "MIGHT" get better. (I mean, "Its a bad day," "We are short handed," whatever, I get it.,... Life happens.) But EVERY TIME over several months?
I will have to say, I will no longer be doing business with this location and unless you like disappointment in both Quality and Customer Service, I suggest you move on to the next pizza joint.
I ordered online and was in town for a fast pick up. Their new slogan should be "Hot -N- Fresh" NOT "Hot -N- Ready" Its NEVER Ready at this location and even after ordering ahead prior to arriving... I still waited 25 minutes for my pizza (2 simple pepperoni pizzas, no extras, nothing special). 50% of both pizzas didn't even have a crust and there was pepperoni on top of pepperoni, on top of pepperoni making it one GIANT GREASY mess. (Don't get me wrong, I like pepperoni, but too much makes the pizza greasy and crust super soggy. It's not my preference and I didn't order "extra" pepperoni.) The pizza could not even hold out flat when picked up (soggy, doughy curst). DIGORNO's Frozen Pizza is better than this.

Read moreYou can't beat the price for what you get, especially with the deep dish pizza. This is our go-to pizza anymore because it's such a good deal and is so good! We ordered a special promotional pizza from Pizza Hut last week and, while we really liked what we got, the price was nearly twice as much for a product of similar quality and quantity. The only things that disappoint are that the wings are usually subpar (smallish, sometimes pin feathers, and the bones are often broken, which screams lesser quality product) and this location very rarely has diet soda available for some reason. The app used to be hit or miss and alternatively, when trying to call, they oftentimes wouldn't answer the phone when trying to call in an order. Also, the pickup box inside the store is not an option, as sometimes the front door is locked. Gotta drive to the line, wait for the window, place/check and pay for your order, then wait in the parking lot with everyone else. Previously the store was dark because the employees turned off the lights, causing us to miss the driveway, but they were on last visit. Also, when paying for your order, check out the clock located on the back wall that has been frozen in time for at least the last 2-1/2 years we've been going here. Not complaining, just...

Her phone was NOT on silent and I kept calling it, then I called the little Cesar’s place over 11 times and they finally answered and told me they didn’t have it there but then whenever I told them I’d just have to call the cops to meet us there to look at the cameras then the guy on the phone quickly responded oh no ma’am we have it. And why do they not answer their phone? They had about 4 workers that I saw, not sure if more but I definitely saw 4 workers, so why did I have to call their phone over 11 times 🤦🏼♀️ I guess they’re lazy and don’t want to answer any calls so they don’t have to work too hard. Don’t trust the workers here and make sure not to ever sit your phone down and forget it because the workers are apparently dishonest until you say you’re going to involve the cops. Oh and btw the first time I came to this little Caesar’s, my kids and I had to sit in the vehicle for OVER AN HOUR just for one box of pizza! They are sooo lazy here! They need better managment...
