My daughter enjoyed her Oreo cheesecake chocolate milkshake and I appreciated the carhop. He had good energy, a nice smile and he didn't take long to come bring us her milkshake. And it was a busy time of the day SO I was surprised we didn't have to wait like we ordered hot food; bc I have stopped at this location before and waited a long time for our order, more than once actually. And the location off willow and thurway, wow ! Talk about a wait time there buddy and last time I pulled in for a chocolate sonic blast the darn card machine was up and down so I had to wait until they could pass my payment thru bc I had no cash. Yea I sat there at the drive thru window and removed the lid off my blast cup and ate almost half my tteat before machine tòok payment. Oh and the drive up window I had parked at after waiting to long in the drive thru line, well I waited there too for a rather long period of time being entertained by this cell here bc an employere came tell me that I couldn't make an order there I had to go thru the drive thru. So yea I went back in line for drive thru to take advantage of my second chance; with patience not against me this time.

Read moreI ordered my food about 45 minutes to their closing time and I can say I received quality customer service just as good as if it was the start of their shift. The person who took my order at the intercom greeted me and spoke to me professionally and he didn’t try and rush me to place my order. The carhop who brought my food to me was friendly and professional. My food was hot and freshly made and neatly prepared. My drink was made exactly how I like it. This was just top tier service. In this generation it is hard to go to fast food restaurants where you get good customer service along with quality prepared food. I received both this evening. I like to commend great customer service especially when I know what that looks like being the Sonic was my first job as a young adult. Thank you night crew for all your hard work.
