Sbarro — Restaurant in Orange Beach

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a food establishment. I ordered a pizza online from the Sbarro inside Cumberland Farms, and when I arrived, there wasn’t a single person in sight. I could see an employee using a squeegee on the floor in the reflection of the oven, but she ignored me completely as I called out over and over. Meanwhile, the clerk at the convenience store register actually told me to “be quiet” when I was just trying to get the food I had already paid for!

When the employee finally did show up, she was wearing headphones and couldn’t have cared less that I had been waiting. No hello, no apology, no thank you—just total indifference. And the pizza? Absolutely disgusting. Beyond nasty. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting out forever.

This place is a joke. Zero respect for customers, zero effort, and food that isn’t even edible. I’ll never order from Sbarro again, and I’ll make sure everyone I know...

This restaurant is very poorly managed. It is often times closed because it cannot seem to keep staff or for various other reasons. You cannot depend on it to be open. The last time I went in I looked up at a large television screen offering two slices of pizza and a drink for $9.99. I told the employee that I wanted that special specifically. When I got to the register they had overcharged me. I told the cashier that I had ordered the 9.99 special. She tried to tell me that they no longer have that special. I pointed up. In a huff the cashier goes off to get her manager. The manager came and somewhat fixed the problem as I was still slightly overcharged and then told me that I needed to be patient and give them time to fix their issues. First time trying them through Doordash and as long as it is this good again I will definitely order again! Whoever made this pizza did a fantastic job and is an artisan, made my 7 topping pizza to PERFECTION, WOW, THEY NAILED IT! Perfect! Delicious! Literally one of the best pizzas i've ever had, the real milk mozzarella is a must, takes it to a whole other level, that plus their beef meatballs make for one of the most authentic old school pizzas around you can get, delicious!
