I was driving through to visit family and after an exhausting day on the road needed to get some rest and sustenance before the hunger took over and we ended up like Thelma and Louise. Even though we started out snippy and on edge with no mental capacity to even think about how to order, our bartender Katie quickly dissolved our frustration with her warm personality and intuition of how we were feeling. With minimal information on what we wanted she made us a couple amazing drinks and got an appetizer in instantly so we could even get our heads together to order more.
