Burger King — Restaurant in Orange Beach

Why Why oh Why, can’t people just offer decent service. I rarely goto this location because of the bad service. I call it one of my “Can’t Get Right” places. Ugh, just bad experience as usual. Started with 3+ min wait to get to speaker. I ordered, and person was short with every statement. I pull up to the window. They quick to take my money, after that not so much. He hands me one drink and ask me to pull forward and park, then they’ll bring food out to me. Ok I guess. I asked for a straw for my drink, he acted a little dumbfounded that I needed a straw. We drive around corner to find another car also waiting. Then another car pulls up behind us. So now 3 cars, all parked waiting for food. All of this to get their drive thru times lower. Drive thru times DON’T mean anything if you’re parking every car. I started a timer just to see how long it would be before we get our ONE burger and ONE medium onion rings. We thinking since it’s taking so long, we’d have hot food. LOL Wrong. Lady comes out to us with a bag and asked what we ordered. Sheesh, I’m the only car left, it should’ve been easy to figure it out. I go ahead and tell her. With no response, she hands me the bag, turns around walking away, I barely hear her mumble have a nice day. REALLY?? Just plain crappy service. All that, and still got cold onion rings and a cold burger. But heck, after being there over 15 mins, and stank attitudes; I sure wasn’t going back to complain. It will be a long time till I go...

Surfer dude can't get it right but really, do they ever? Stoned much? It's on me though because it did not take get out of the bag and then out of the wrapper and open up the sandwich and make sure it had on it what I said I wanted no I waited until I got to the car reached into the bag and wondered what that little clot was. I'm not sure when the Whopper Jr became the size of a sausage biscuit, wrapped tight as a baseball. Brought it back inside and red hair pony tail don't give a damn. It's like it's the first time he's ever heard you might put cheese on a Whopper Jr. He was also very confused that I didn't want a 43 grams of a sugar drink with that! Do not go here. They Don't care and apparently have no reason to. I know it seems like a small thing but when you think it's going to be consistent and it's not and it's just horrible and the service is horrible then it's horrible. I am going to spend 2 hours of my life tomorrow on the internet and on the phone letting the people who might care about the franchise know what it's like to be dumb enough to order a Whopper jr WITH CHEESE at the beach from Burger King! Where you can't have it your way in...

Stopped in after getting off of work yesterday around 315pm and ordered the 2 for $6 original chicken sandwiches add pickles. One guy came from the back with an attitude because he had to drop fresh chicken because I wanted pickles (I'm assuming they have them already premade and sitting). I said ok and when I came to pick up my order a woman was holding my bag looking at me with a frown on her face.She asked me why do I eat pickles on my sandwiches and is there something wrong with me in a very rude manner. The cook who dropped my chicken came back to the front and they begin to be very verbally hostile with me. I ignored them with a smile and proceeded to grab some napkins when all of a sudden the woman scolds me about taking their napkins. I have always loved Burger King's food but if you're gonna hire workers who don't want to work (especially something as simple as adding pickles to a sandwich) I don't think I can come back. I will just drive to Gulf Shores and get my food from there....that...
