Checkers — Restaurant in Orange City

Pros: bathrooms always clean tables always seem to be clean surrounding Landscapes no complaints always a parking space available disregarding how small the parking lot maybe. Then we have to do to some of the cons. Not sure

Cons: Has no promotions when other Checkers have I get it that they're not a franchise branch. Bellvista can hold up to some ideal image quality what's expected from Checkers or Rally's. They do not honor most coupons does she make it in the mail. All there number meals are using the two for $3 value burgers are there actual Burgers. Unlike other restaurants that you get any least somewhat of a quality upgrade order in the meal. Wait time is estimated 25 to 45 minutes till you're even take your order. We used to eat there three times a week after all a double shift workday. But now we are going there maybe once a month. I'm saving my money and if I want Checkers I'm going down to downtown Sanford checkers. Over the past three months we've seen the quality of food and service go downhill very quickly. I received long shelf life of triple-cooked burnt chicken patties so hard that it actually can stand up on it and without buckling and scratch my mouth Raw. I'm really disappointed because this used to be the last good place to eat in Orange City. Their attitudes went from how can we make your day better too. Screw the customer what can we get. Feels like once a month to once every other month there seems to be a employee walkout. Not sure what's going on with that. May 30th 9:48 pm cashier number 2 DS240 check: 40218 extremely poor service from the cashier. Very rude and I know you will remember me when I tell this story. You could tell over the speaker she had an attitude, pulled up to the window got my drink I said thank you she just turned away with no facial expression no you’re welcome, nothing. Ok cool that’s fine.Then once I received my bag I asked for ranch because I ordered a number 8 which is chicken bites and there was no sauce in the bag,mind you I have already paid for my 14.24$ order, she has the audacity to sigh and tell me it’s going to be 52 cents .. 52 cents isn’t a big deal but she was doing this so spitefully, I said doesn’t my chicken bites come with sauce and she says “only if I ring it in when u order” wow just wow ,no ma’am u should have asked me during my order “what kind of sauce would u like”... i neverrrr write reviews but this nasty attitude yea 1 star, find someone with better customer service ... this isn’t about the 52 cents it was the principal she had such a nasty attitude ... good luck in...

Your link was invalid. There is no coming back to that restaurant unless my tresspassing notice that was falsly placed is lifted within an apology letter with checkers letterhead enailed to me and orange county police department, signed by the GM who tresspassed me, is revolked.

I am a pregnant disabled woman of color who came to have a meal at this restaurant. After i was done i asked to use the customer resroom.
