I'll start by saying, I'm in charge of ordering food EVERY weekend for an ENTIRE dealership worth of employees. It is usually VERY stressful! One of my techs mentioned to me about this new/fresh place in Orange City... Encanto. Stating we should give it a try. Made him do some ground work first. "IE" feeling out their catering. He came back to me with CLEAR notes and prices. I called after finishing my shift. EVERYTHING was verified correct, and I adjusted as needed with their staff. The communication was AMAZING! EVEN if I wasn't able to speak with the last person I spoke with, it seemed to me that the entire staff was aware of our order and READY to assist! YOU CAN'T GET BETTER ATTENTION as a customer than that! It makes me sad to read the reviews of people that don't understand the trial and error of a NEW business trying to MAKE IT! LITERALLY after only weeks in! GIVE EM A CHANCE! After reading all the negatives, I see how this FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS has taken EVERY complaint to heart and made SERIOUS ADVANCEMENTS to please in EVERY way possible! ENDING RESULT.... we recieved our food, ON TIME, CORRECT , GREAT FLAVOR, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICING! Can't wait to order again!... ONLY REGRET was that I didn't take pictures of the BEAUTIFUL presentation of food we recieved before we all...

This s is a new restaurant in town but extremely unorganized. I’m leaving a review to just help not hate on restaurant. Upon entering you see bakery, we bought two items which were very good. We noticed that they had lunch to the left with various Latin food items. We were not sure where to order. Several people walked out and we decided to stay and ask as we cashed out with our bakery items. Apparently, when you first go in that is for only the bakery. No signs or a way to know, so when I asked the employee, I was told that the lunch items are to the left and can be purchased that way. After standing where I was told to stand for five minutes or so to order lunch, I was told to stand in another spot because several people were getting in front of us. After standing there for several minutes, no one came there either. We noticed everybody was talking amongst each other in confusion as they didn’t know what to do either, the staff wasn’t communicating with each other or the customers. Maybe possibly put up signs or have a hostess. There were tables to sit down but again we weren’t sure if it was just to sit down or to dine in. Gave the feel of Lelos in Orange City, but with an added bakery and no organization. Eventually, we walked out too as we weren’t greeted or served. Hope...

Ever since this place opened, I’ve been wanting to visit, and I finally went this past weekend. The place looks really nice and very clean. I went with my family — we ordered, sat down, and waited for our food. My family received their meals first, but I ended up waiting about 15 more minutes for mine. I assumed they were still preparing it since I had ordered the "3 Golpe" Eventually, I decided to ask about it. I believe the person who helped me was named Eliz — I give her a 10/10 for her customer service! She was very kind, apologized, and started putting together my order. It was disappointing to see that it hadn’t been made fresh. I still took it and tried to eat, but honestly, it was cold, and the salami was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. I didn’t enjoy the meal at all. Even though I didn’t have a great first experience, I decided to give the place another chance and went back the next day. This time, I didn’t have any issues with my order. However, my husband tried to order a sandwich and was met with an attitude from the lady at the front. Because of that, he decided not to order anything. Overall, I’m very disappointed. I really wanted to...

Arrived for breakfast and decided to try tres golpes for the first time. I was expecting it to be a dish that the kitchen would prepare fresh to order, but apparently they have decided to add all the components to their cafeteria style serving area. While it probably doesn’t matter too much with regard to the salami and the mangu, but I do think getting fried eggs and fried cheese that aren’t made fresh to order and are just sitting in a warming tray is sub-optimal. Overall I would say everything tasted pretty good, and you do get a lot of food for under $10, but I will likely order something else next time. Edit with re-score: I tried this place a second time and attempted the tripleta, and it just wasn’t all that great. They did fill it with a good amount of pernil, but it was very dry and sort of tough, which made the sandwich rather laborious to eat. There was a small amount of ham and an even smaller amount of pastrami (which was also dry). And I didn’t really love the bread either. You can tell it was pressed, but somehow the bread didn’t get crispy at all.

It's very bland and dark inside. The food is OK. The rice was hard and barely had any flavor. They had run out of rotisserie chicken so I got the stewed meat and there was so many bones I barely got anything to eat. Honestly drive 5 more minutes and go to Lelo's. They serve way more food with actual flavor. They always have fresh food while the one here looks like they cooked it a while ago. Only gonna come back if I'm shopping next door. And even then I'll hesitate.
