Bought a couch from them 2 years ago and it was a good couch but due to our animals we wanted a different type of fabric for our couch. We bought a love seat from them and within 2 weeks had to get it switched out as it would lean hard to the left when reclined and also the footrest had to be kicked for it to reseat.

Got a 2nd love seat and again within 2 weeks the footrest on both of them are very weak on the insides, not to much of an issue but they did send someone out to look at it and basically got told he couldn't fix it. Okay. Well last night the middle back section that screws on snapped right off the couch when I leaned on it. Turns out the $850 couch uses particle board in a section that most definitely needs to be re-enforced or sturdy at the minimum.

Going to be calling them asking for a refund because at this point it's not worth getting a 3rd replacement from them as it's going to be fall apart 2-4 weeks after getting it.

We purchased furniture from Haynes brothers in Ormond Beach 30 years ago and had a great experience[ We were recently were looking for a lift chair for my wife as she has many medical conditions and chronic back pain, she found one she loved, we had approval from one of those buy now pay later gigs. There was a huge mix up , after chair was delivered was informed chair not approved. I called this company mult times , No one there as any clue all they do when they don't want to deal with you just transfer you to someone else. Sure we all been there,.This is NOT in any way a re-flexion on Hynes bros. We eventually found the perfect sofa.
