McDonald's — Restaurant in Orange Park

They need to re train management to run a business not a hang out for thugs and give out free food. My daughter is a minor who works there. She has recently became a run away. When I went up there with my driver license introduced my self by first and last name to a manager named Mr Johnston very heavy set women I asked if christina still worked there and if I could have her schedule she said "yes BABE I know who you are and refuses to give me the information I requested on my minor child. Was very very unprofessional addressing me as babe after I introduced myself. She did not deal with the business I had there with respect or as an example to her employees or the customers who were witness to this. She was very rude, Loud and although she called her aerial manager and was told to give me the info she still refused a direct order.. I called the aerial manager and he was very shocked by her behavior and ensured me she would be spoken to. I went back today to make contact with my my daughter as she has not been in school for a week and we had placed her as missing. Upon my arrival the same manager was there and this time an entire store full of thug mouth kids. She allowed these kids to disrupt business. Make physical threats to myself and to my son. The orange park police were called they made contact with my daughter and ensured me she was safe. OP police has worked closely with me regaurding this issue with my missing daughter. Then I recieved a call from a women making threats stating I made threats to her daughter. Obviously the kids were lying and I am glad I got the entire thing on video and so does Mc donalds. The manager obviously let's these loud mouth thug kids hang out there and did not ask them to leave the property when they started threating myself and son. This Mc Donald's has to be the worse due to lower management. They are not skilled or mature enough to handle business dealing with customers, or parents of minors whom work for them. I will be taking this to human resource as I feel this will be the best...

never imagined I would learn about how to be a good leader at McDonald's. I stopped in today to grab a coffee and got a lot more than that. Every employee was friendly and seemed happy to do their job and work with each other. At McDonald's. They came by and asked if all was okay and asked when delivering my food if I needed anything else. I spotted them mopping, sweeping, changing trash, wiping tables, and restocking addition to making food and taking orders. The manager jumped in and took order when a line developed. The coffee was great (okay i got fries too) and the fries were hot and delicious. These people might make casual food, but by gollee they're going to make it as good as it can be. Every employee showed pride of ownership...If you folks show this kind of personal accountability in everything you do, you will undoubtedly be successful no matter where you are. Great location and convenient to travel, this is a fairly new remodel of a well established location as this store has been there for over 30 years. Our particular mid-day experience was above average for this food chain. The food was spot on and hot, and they manager did a follow-up later in our meal to insure our experience was great. We ordered the iconic Big Mac meal with a shake and a speacialized salad. Everything was as it was supposed be! The store was neat and tidy from the lobby to the restrooms and nothing appeared to be in dis-repair. The self help fountain and condiments area were also very clean and fully stocked. This location offers self order stations in the lobby as well as a lobby drive-through pick up window. The store has average seating space inside with little privacy as it has a large open floor plan that includes a table capable of seating 12-14 people for large groups or parties. For those who prefer the outdoors, the once was kids play area has been converted into a large outdoor covered seating area. This location is in the middle of a hustle and bustle area, so traffic and peak operating times will take more time. This location is close to a major intersection for this area and will be easy to spot. Large vehicles and vehicles with pull behinds can navigate this location, but parking did not appear to able to accommodate such. This location offers double drive-through lanes and three windows for pay and pick up to expedite outside orders. Based on our positive experience, if the need arises again we will revisit...
